****. Beware.I'm a debut author, and I reached out in early July about an aggregated list of book review sites that matched relevant keywords. The requirements I gave Feedspot/Anuj were clear and in the email chain, with several rounds of back and forth and confirmation to ensure no confusion. I grew suspicious when I asked him to filter down on a data set of about 6000 on the keywords and he said he had 10k instead, but Anuj reassured me that he could find an increasing this of matches in my niche. I bought the 10.5k. When he said a day after the order he was up to 12k and tried to upsell him, I reiterated requirements yet again, refused the upsale, and waited to see what he sent.I received a half a dozen excel sheets with mostly unrelated contacts and duplicates. Some were book accounts for specific books with no evidence of reviewing other books, some published bibles... this were accounts that were in a broad "book" category rather than the review accounts he reassured me they were. There was absolutely no evidence any of the filters I requested were applied.I raised the issue immediately, and then spent hours across multiple files applying the filters and narrowing down to review accounts to see how many matched what I asked. I found 610 accounts with contact info that matched the criteria given, and asked for the corresponding refund. Anuj said no refunds. There was no room for alternate interpretations in that email chain. He lied to make a sale.When I told him I would then need to treat this as fraud, he made it known that he knew where my book reviews were being posted and "would let my readers know about my threat". If I see fake reviews pop up, I guess I'll know why.Happy to share email chain and evidence with anyone who asks. It's damning. This company is scamming people and threatening them if they don't lie over and take it. Customer purchase a media contact list from Feedspot. It is very clear from the email thread attached that the product was delivered on time with the customer.
We delivered a comprehensive media list based on keywords customer asked for.
The customer changed requirements after the product was delivered. We even shared several additional media contacts at no additional charge.
Customer also admits that several hundreds contacts she found very useful from our list.
We are happy to help if customer has any other specific requirements.

My subscription renew for $99.90 on my ****** account and my subscription still on Trial or upgrade status, even they charge me $99.90, I try many times to email ******************************* for explanation with no response, at this time I want my money back. Hope others read my complain and think twice to join feedspot , the charge was on 3/26/25, 6:14AM and still have not *********** **** do not care about paying customers. My stepdad was admitted to the hospital on April 24 2024. He is still currently in there as of May 13 2024. On his Discover card there is a charge of ***** for feedspot.com. There is no way he could have agreed to this charge. We have disputed it with the credit card company and have tried to contact the company to make sure it doesn't happen again. I have not received a response and from reading the other complaints they don't respond. I want to make sure this charge does not happen again and we would like it refunded.Business Response

We had followed up with customer to know the details about the transaction, and once the email with which customer had subscribed was known, we refunded the fee.

On September 26, 2023 I canceled my month to month $99 subscription for advertising services with Feedspot before the next billing cycle. The company fraudulently charged my card $945.61. Their website states that an account can be cancelled at anytime but I made sure to cancel before the next billing date of October 9th. The company proceeded to bill me for an annual membership. When I sent an email to dispute and ask for a refund they reactivated my account without my permission and placed me in the Business Pro subscription for lifetime in an attempt to justify not refunding my money. I did not request this to be done. Ive being disputing with my credit card company since September 26, 2023 but Feedspot keeps winning the disputes because all they have to do is tell the credit card company they have a no refund policy. Feedspot finally said they would refund me my money in January 2024 after contacting my Attorney and ************************* It is March 12, 2024 and they have not refunded my money. *** sent multiple emails and they wont respond to me. Now I see they told my Attorney and *********************** they would refund my money for them to close out the case, as Resolved. They had no intentions on refunding my money. Refund got delayed since you disputed the charge. As usual, the bank takes about 3 months for disupte resolution. Even though the Bank decided the dispute in our favor, we have refunded the fee since you no longer wish to continue with the service.

On 2/22/2024 I was contacted by **** to complete a press release for Non Profits. Anuj misrepresented the product being offered and scammed me out of $100 and did not provide the services in which I paid for. I requested a refund immediately on 2/22/2024 and Anuj proceeded to spam me and request additional money.Business Response

Customer(***************************) emailed us regarding purchase of ***** journalists, magazine editors and bloggers database from Feedspot, on15th February 2024, at 12:04?pm, Pacific Time (PT)
Customer agreed to pay $100 to get the database from Feedspot.
Once the payment was made on 23rd February 2024, at 12:14?pm, Pacific Time (PT), we shared the database in an excel spreadsheet in the form of an attachment on 23rd February 2024, at 5:30?pm, Pacific Time (PT)Customer asked for a refund once we had shared the database. Although we had shared the database, we initiated a refund.

I accidentally got to FeedSpot's site while searching for something else and moved on immediately. I got an email a few minutes later thanking me for joining, including a link to my account that showed my photo, and asking me to confirm my account. We have attached the Welcome email sent to customer when he had subscribed, the email received from Paypal that a recurring subscription was created, and also the cancelation email sent when customer canceled subscription.

They charged me $57.52 USD on June 20th. I canceled the subscription from my account on the same day, and it was immediately deactivated, preventing me from using it. I immediately requested a refund on the same day, but received no reply. It appears to be a scam service that makes you pay for podcasts that are otherwise free and readily available. The subscription is inactive, I have never used it, and I cannot use it because it's inactive. I have no desire to use it as I don't need it; all I want is a refund. Furthermore, it is highly unprofessional and questionable that nobody responds to emails, including both their team/support email and the CEO's email. Honestly, it's just shameful.Business Response
