    On 6/15/25 I ordered a speaker through ******* They offer free ground shipping, but I needed the item in rush so I paid extra ($34.10) for 3 day select shipping. The item was shipped on 6/16/25 as 5 day ground shipping, which was free. I contacted customer support via live chat on their website. They stated they had to investigate and would reply in 48hrs. On 6/17/25 I received and email stating they would not refund the shipping until after the 3 day delivery window had passed. I stated I paid for 3 day select, not free ground and the time frame was irrelevant as I did not receive what I paid for. They again declined and said nothing would be done on their end until after day three. On 6/19 I again requested a refund via email. The reply was to wait 48 hours while they investigate. On 6/20 (day 5) I again requested a refund via email and live chat. I was told they could not refund me because the package was delivered today.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my order, HK-US00691981, which I placed two weeks ago. As of today, I have yet to receive the product, and I have not received any correspondence from your customer service team regarding the status of my order.I was looking forward to enjoying my purchase, but the lack of communication and delays have been quite frustrating. Given these circumstances, I would like to request a full refund at your earliest convenience.Please let me know the next steps to initiate this process.     ****** Kardon has taken money out of my account for an order that has never ended up being shipped. The website says free 2 day shipping but has not been sent a week later. Have spoken with customer service 2 days in a row with no answers given to me about my purchase. I have now asked for a refund for the past 2 days and they keep saying they have never seen this happen before and won't refund me or keep saying they are working on it. Absolutely abysmal customer service. They keep telling me to wait 48 hrs for more information. Will NEVER buy from them again, all I want is a refund.

    I sent in my sons defective headphones to be replaced under warranty in early December and still have not received my replacements despite contacting the company multiple times. They keep telling me that there is a delay and never ship the device.

    On Dec 22 2023 I placed an order for an item on sale. I received confirmation of the order immediately. Money has been withdrawn for payment and no other communication from them. January 6 I reached out ti customer service. They explained being backorder until May. I was given available options. I picked one then was informed that I was not able to change my order. They offered a 20% voucher for my trouble but the current price plus the discount are way above the agreed payment. The entire deal seems suspicious. Holding my cash while knowing they cannot fill the order plus offering a substitution they are not able ti honor.

    At the time of purchase on 01/15/2020, Harman Kardon maker of stereo receiver disclosed this particular make and model number HK **** stereo receiver was already discontinued as far back as2017, and had documented consumer complaints in regards to technical problems with unit turning off after 14 seconds and not powering back on. On or around 01/14/2020, my unit started experiencing this technical problem, maker ****** Kardon not only stop making this particular model but stop making any/all stereo receivers and refused to honor any warranty, repair or refund. I feel Harman Kardon engaged in deceptive business practices and fraud by selling discontinued merchandise without full disclosure at time of purchase and requesting either a full refund or like kind stereo receiver replacement or investigation by both Federal and State Attorney General offices followed by a class-action lawsuit.

    I placed an order online with Harman Kardon (HA-US00937550) and I was told shortly after the items were out of stock, so I asked customer service to cancel the order. I received an email stating my order was in the process of being cancelled. (Spoke to Lei)A few days later I received a tracking number for my order so I called again and spoke to ****. **** told me it was a mistake that my order never shipped and I would be receiving a refund ASAP. I never got a refund so I emailed customer service and spoke to ****. **** and I exchanged emails where he says he cant cancel my order because its already on the way to me, however, when I track the package with the tracking number provided, it has NOT shipped. I placed this order well over a week ago and I havent heard any feedback or received a refund. In addition, the reps I speak to via phone unfortunately have a language barrier and we can barely understand each other. I am literally stuck in limbo where I dont know what else to do as Harman doesnt want to provide me a refund, but they also arent sending me my package. Im HAPPY to receive my package, but then just ship it!! But they told me its not in stock, yet I also dont get a refund. Im frustrated and dont know what else to do.
