    They do no tell you the size of ********** in small, medium, or large. There is no telephone number to speak directly with agents who can explain. Their information is vague at best. They did not respond to direct questions in there one time reply.

    do not buy from this company... save your money. got the order wrong..., ******* i ordered they didnt even have. then they said the would substitute then they just ignored all emails. again DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

    i ordered two pair of sunglasses on august 16th 2023 as of sept 14th i have not received them . i tried to track them with the tracking number that they gave me,i was unable to track my package. sent several emails to jolly nova at this time i had not received a reply .

    A month after I placed my order Jollynova me the wrong item and when I asked to return it for a full refund, they asked for another chance to make it right. After another month they shipped the wrong item again. Again, when I asked for a refund they asked to make it right. After another month of receiving nothing, I reached out to ask what was going on. They said that the item that I had ordered was not in stock and have refused a full refund even if I ship the items back at my expense.

    This company came up on my ******** page and I was looking to purchase a razor to use on my father so I did. This razor just came in the mail and it did not work. It cost me $43.94 which they charged my card. I wish I had checked on the BBB first because I see others have posed the same thing. When I further investigated the company claims to be out of ********** but they are actually from *****, *****, and *******.Do not purchase from this company!!!!!!! It says they have a 90 day return however then it excludes everything from being returned. There is also no number to contact them, just an email to dispute your case.
