    Last week I received a pair of frames from Jollynova for $49. The frames were not nearly the same color as the photos on their website, and they were very cheap looking and too small for my face, even though I checked the dimensions before ordering. Trying to return them was a terrible experience, they kept offering a 20% then a 30% discount if I kept them, and after several attempts to request a return with refund, they sent me a return address in ***** that was 10 lines long! I'm going to donate the frames to charity and never go near this scam company again.

    I ordered 1 pair of sunglasses. My CC was billed. I never received a confirmation. When i login to JOLLYNOVA website, shows no order.I've sent 4 emails to the listed website with no reply.

    I ordered a pair of glasses from this business on 2/17/25 (cost $79.92). I followed the tracking updates, and was surprised when I saw updates from ****** to *******. I live in *************, and ************** is where **********, ** is. Then I saw out for delivery and delivered in ******* on 2/27/25. The package never arrived (though, I did receive an Amazon delivery successfully that same day). I contacted the business saying that I received a notification of delivery but no package and told them about the delivery in a different county. They claim it was delivered. I asked for a refund, they refused. They said they could send another pair, but at this point, I just want to be done with this transaction, but they refused. I've filed a report with my credit card company but want to file a report here as well.

    Ordered 12/23/24 Two pairs of glasses, one of which was to include 1.5x strength reading lenses. They arrived in about 3 weeks, both are just plain frames. After multiple emails back and forth, they keep claiming that it does include reading lenses...it doesn't. Then they wanted me to take a 30% refund and just keep them. I can't use them. They want me to pay to mail them back to *****. I have repeatedly asked for a full refund and return. They are so far refusing.

    On 1/2/2025 purchased a pair of prescription glassses from Jollynova online. Paid $114.95.Was told to allow 3-5 business days for shipment. I recently learned that these glasses are coming from ***** and have not shipped. I believe I have been scammed.

    I ordered a pair of prescription glasses from jollynova. I received them yesterday, about a week from my order which is fast. Unfortunately I can't see out of them. The prescription, which I sent to them, is wrong, especially the right lens. And they don't fit.I have boxed them but there is no return address. I paid $149 for them.

    I purchased a pair of glasses on 9/5/24 for the amount of $ ******. I never received a receipt or confirmation of purchase. I do have proof that this amount was deducted from my ********* account. I have noticed Jolly Nova twice regarding this issue but have not received a response. I need to know what steps are necessary.

    The transaction number given to me said it was delivered to my mailbox by **** on 12/4. It was never received. After reaching out to them on their email address on my email confirmation for my order and further research my previous address was listed.I know the buyers who now live there and went by and they never got it either so NO ONE will respond to me from Jollynova and the package was not delivered on 12/4 to me OR my previous address??I check with **** per the tracking # and ***** and both of them said that is not a tracking # of theirs so **** WAS NOT the delivery service even that is what the tracking number said so? Where is my package????

    On June 24, 2023, I ordered two pair of sunglasses from JollyNova. Their website was selling RayBan sunglasses, style RB4151. I paid $29.99 for each pair with a 30% off promotional discount for a total of $50.98.After almost 3 weeks of not hearing anything, I contacted them on July 13. The company responded and sent out a package. They offered a 5% discount for the delay. On August 1, the glasses were delivered. Upon opening them, I could see that they were a very poor counterfeit of the *********** I ordered, had Chinese script on them and did not look anything like the style I ordered from them.I requested a full refund and received a series of responses from their customer service. They have most recently offered a 40% discount off what I paid. They say I can mail them back at my own expense. This is a fraud. The provided counterfeit goods after representing on their website that they were selling a brand-name product. No one should do business with this company. This company is using the US mail and a fancy website to peddle counterfeit goods.
