On June 24, 2023, i deposited money into my Robinhood account using Instant transfer with my debit card on file. Right after that, they put the restriction on my account prevent me to access my money and use any of the app features. I contacted customee support asking for reason and time frame but some agents hang up on me, some yell at me, no one want to tell me why. They took my money without letting me use it for no reason. I sent them the error code I received and no one will even state what the error code means. I also used my back up authentication code and it doesnt ***** me access. I have made every effort to get back into my account. I followed all their instructions from email and their ******* account. They are not replying to my emails. I am a **************** member, US Army, and this situation has become unbearable while overseas away from my family and friends. Wondering if my account is secured, if I will get back into it, if my money and savings will still be there has been agonizing. Latest Date I was able to get access to Robinhood Account was about May 30, 2023. I have talked to a number of people about helping me to get into Robinhood account. On 6/15/2023 I attempted to get customer support several times by the app and couldn't navigate where to get customer support. I called on the phone and was told my information is wrong and the line just disconnected. I finally found a way to get support on the app and I finally got a call back after about an hour. I spoke to an ********* and she was verifying my information by social and date of birth and says it didn't match even the account number I gave her she said was incorrect. I am confused why my information doesn't match it was my name and social security number and birth date the same one I've had for over 50 years. She proceeded to tell me I will send an email to you and upload your ID. I did this on 6/15/23 no one has contacted me by email or phone to verify my identity! First off I bought stock options with that were doing very well when suddenly the Robinhood debit card I had was charged ***** times by a random group of companys overseesz roughly ****$ was taken by these companys. In attempts to buy my options since the money in my account was gone. I went ahead and deposited money in my account using my wifes debt card. Once I did so ******************* blocked my account, ignoring my claim for the *********************************************** for fraud because I used my wifes debt card. I attempted to call and reach out to Robinhood but their **************** line was blocked for me with a message saying someone would reach out to me in **** days later. About 30 days later someone reached out and I was livid. Explaining how my money was stolen but they refused to proceed until I showed proof of my wifes debt card. Meanwhile during the 30 days I waited the real fraud that was happening on my account was ignored and my stock opetoons rendered worthless. I explained this and explained how the card was my wifes. With no response at all to my issue. My account is still frozen with money in it and my ****$ is still taken out of my account from international transactions its mind blowing that a company can freeze my account when using my wifes card but when 5 random overseas companys charge my account ***** times for transactions. That raises no flags. To me this appears as if this was robinhood taking my money and using the debt card deposit as a means to do so! This company should be investigated and they should have a **************** line that does not block out people from contacting them when having issues! Im not sure whats being asked of me here. It does not show anything but says I need to respond. As fit Robinhoods response I did not accept this as they had responded to me prior to their last response here on bbb. Stating that they would not be paying this claim. But then responded here that they would be looking into this. So which one is it Robinhood? You looking into this or are you going to email me stating that you cant find evidence of foul play here? Because Im confused! Furthermore if you believe 4 different overseas companys charging someones account for over 1500$ in the span of 24 hours is not **** play but using a debt card belonging to my wife to make a deposit! Is foul play! Then you really need to get your security team re trained because not only is my wifes account registered to the same address that I am. But I am also an authorized signer on her account. So if youre going to look into these charges like you claim you are here infront of the bbb. Please dont send me another email stating that youre closing the claim due to insufficient evidence! Thank you bbb for stepping in and helping put a stop to this! i noticed charges to a Mikayla that were charged to my account. These were also made on my checking account which I put in dispute with my bank and they refunded me finding it in my favor. The funny thing is when I brought this to your attention. The charges all of a sudden stopped showing up on my transactions. So your not only ignoring my requests to talk to **************** but your also hiding transaction which tells me you have recieved my messages. I have contacted my bank also with this since your clearly doing some funny business there. Let me know if your going to operate on the up and up or continue to stay in the grey area like you have this far.

There are more than one of these charges on Robinhood to which you lied saying there is only one.
