    On December 4th, I checked in to the Spa in Ritz Carlton Marina *******, used the robe, and placed my diamond necklace in the pocket of the robe (I am not sure about current value of the necklace, but I looked up the replacement cost, and it is at $3,000 currently (it is on sale), and this could be looked at by claims professionals). When I left, I was the last guest to use the robe and the locker no. 9, which I locked as I left. When I came back before spa opened in the morning, the robe was gone. Per policy stated to me by the spa employee, the pockets of each and every robe are checked, for any left items and for food so that the robes do not get into the laundry with items in them and with food which damage the other robes. Therefore, the necklace was left in safekeeping of the spa; it was either found per policy and not returned, or policy of checking pockets was negligently/grossly negligently not followed and the necklace's whereabouts became unknown through this negligence. I am 100% certain this is where the necklace was left (i.e., the Ritz spa and the robe). I have pictures wearing it right before I came to the spa (at a restaurant in ******************), and uber receipt that I took uber straight from that restaurant to the spa, and then from spa home. So there is simply no other place where it could have been in.
