I signed a contract with Book Writing Experts in April 2022 for an extensive list of editing services. I was unhappy with their services from the beginning and let them know immediately. They did try t amend the situation but were unable to provide the services they promised. I tried to speak to a supervisor but was met with more lies and deceit and even though their website promises satisfaction guaranteed b cause they don't want unhappy customers they refuse to reimburse any of my money even though they did no editing whatsoever. They offered to make me a book cover instead but then charged me $600 when I called the company directly and was quoted $300 for a book cover. Every time I called back to get information the information kept changing and I could never get a real answer to my questions. They have no intentions of reimbursing me, were very rude and hung up on me. I would hate to see them pull the scam on other authors trying to get help with their work. Just the name of the company is deceitful because none of the teams they gave me knew how to write proper English.
