    I have been receiving multiple texts a day from this company. I send a text back saying stop and I get a notification that it will stop but the very next day I keep getting the texts again. This been going on for a few weeks.

    I have repeatedly asked them to stop texting me. Ive included stop in the messages and they say Im unsubscribed but yet every day I get a text message from them I reached out to their customer service and they said they cannot locate my account. I had given them all the information they needed the harassment persists.

    Purchased two boxes through DailyLook and was generally not interested with the service anymore, but did not hold any poor feelings. It was simply not something in my budget. I requested to cancel my subscription and they said a representative would be calling me within 3 days to cancel.This cannot be allowed, if I wish to cancel a subscription for something that was not a contract with a specific amount of time, I should be able to do so. I work in and out of the country and cannot answer all calls (planes, roaming,etc) and should not be forced to cancel within their schedule.

    I was a regular customer for years. On my last box I ordered 5 items specifically due to their heavily advertised 'buy 5 get 2 free' discount. One of the items arrived stained (damaged/defective) so I requested a simple replacement of it. They told me they had no replacements available but that I could send it back for a refund - which I did. I was shocked to find after returning it that they only refunded $67 of the $126.47 purchase price. Their explanation when questioned was that since I returned 1 item, I lost the entire value of the promoted discount & was being penalized accordingly. There was absolutely no warning of this & it makes no sense at all as the reason for the return was a damaged/defective item and their lack of replacement inventory. The correct course of action since the loss of the 5 item purchase was their fault would have been to deduct 1/5 of the discount from this item to amortize it over the full order. They refused. I have now requested a second return label to return another item such that I will be using only the buy 3 discount.

    I have received two boxes from Daily Look. Each time they were returned I received an email informing me that items were missing. Seems to be an intentional act since I didnt purchase enough items.

    I had a first shipment sent to my house with clothes to try on. I did so and chose one item out of all of the selection. Due to a family emergency, I was not able to turn in the box at the allotted time and went through the appropriate measure of asking for an extension that was not granted and was charged $739.59 to my card on file. I turned in the items and they were returned to the company. They issued a refund of only $531.99. The company needs to send me the remaining $204.60 asap

    I had signed up for the initial box, was charge on 3/8/22. Got it, cheap clothing thats severely overpriced. Returned every single item. Never got a credit back. I told them I wanted to cancel via a written letter in my return bag of clothes. I send an email from my email as well. On 5/5/23 my bank account is showing ***** being withdrawn again for this box. I do not want it. I want a refund for all of my money and my account totally closed so this doesnt happen anymore.

    On March 21 2022 I canceled my subscription and payment for Dailylook. On March 17 2023 I was charged $40 (a styling fee?) and on April 17 2023 I was charged $946 for an entire order. Both went through Amazon Pay.I did not order this. I canceled any relationship with this company on 3/21/22. I have contacted Amazon Pay and they sent me to the vendor. The vendor, Dailylook, has only responded with a form letter canceling my subscription. Looking back at my junk mail from Dailylook, I can see that there were numerous emails for me to update my credit card information. Which I did not, because I didn't want the service. I don't understand how they were even connected to Amazon Pay.

    I have tried cancelling my account multiple times. I had to go through and fill out a form that is for ********** privacy laws in order to delete the account. It says that the information is sent but I never receive any sort of confirmation email or message saying that they got my request or that my account was being deleted. That was months ago, now I just got charged $40 for a new styling fee plus another $1 charge for who knows what. I disputed the charges with my credit card company. I attempted to delete my account again today in hopes of it getting deleted. I also tried to delete my credit card information so it wont be charged. A pop up said they cant to that since I have a box coming soon.

    I started a subscription with this company in January 2023 and got my first box, did not keep anything and sent the box back. On 1/28 I delayed the next delivery to May 9 because I couldnt see how to cancel and did not want to get charged for a monthly delivery. In the app theres a delete my account link, but it doesnt take you to a place where you can delete the account - only to ********** Privacy Act page to complete information and no indication that anything has been deleted. When i try to connect with a stylist theyre always offline. Ive emailed and received no reply. Ive called several times at various times but cannot not reach any customer service. I received a notification on April 19, 2023 about the next box. I still am wanting to cancel the subscription, however the app now tells me I do not have a subscription however my credit card information is still in the account. Im also unable to find any way to cancel and when I navigate the link provided by the **** it tells me there was a problem with my account. When I log in outside the app, through the web, there is no evidence of any orders like there is via the app. I call the number provided for customer service and the recording always says its outside of business hours. Somehow the company has two of my emails also, so I am being texted and emailed at two separate email accounts for a subscription I cannot find but that the app and web are telling me I dont have and Im being charged for it. I wish I had looked at all the complaints here before getting myself stuck in this. I just want a refund for any and all money paid out to this company right from signup, I want my account completely deleted, I want them to erase and stop contacting me at both emails and I would like them to erase my phone number so Im not contacted there either.
