  They are great with the design part, but I asked them to copyright our logo and they claim that it was copyrighted in January they said on January 8 that it was completed. I reached out again in February and they claim everything went through and the information would be sent to me. Never once did the say that I had another step of any kind to go through and definitely no more money to be spent Now May 19 I receive a call saying that it was not complete and I would have to deal with legal issues if I don't pay them an extra 100 dollars. It is my fault if the copyright does not go to this other company because I dropped the ball and would not pay them the 100 dollars. So I know and going to create a new logo and not a scam artist company, If you just want a logo they are ok but if need a company to protect you legally they are not.

  Should allow negative stars! They are all professional and reachable during the sales process but once "development" began, the entire team disappeared and our calls, emails, and texts would go unanswered. Supposedly, during this time, Omni Web Studios shuttered their doors and our project was passed off to 3 other companies. Since OWS nor the other three companies could even get half-way through development of the site, we had to take it on ourselves to complete all of the development from scratch because we couldn't get access to the dev site. They had the project in their hands for almost two years with very little progress at all.We were originally assigned *********************** as our project manager. He stopped responding and we ended up getting through the corporate number to find that he'd been let go and that they were assigning another PM by the name of ****. Then it was assigned to someone who lied to us from the beginning by the name of ****** and finally it was assigned to someone named *******************. We were told, several times, that the "team" was working on the project and, when things did manage to progress ever so slightly, you could easily tell it was a single person working on the project as they had the extra time to devote to **.The project started with Omni Web Studios before they "closed" and ended up with a company called Website Krafters. All the names and contacts were the same between the two companies, so they are one in the same. I guess they are back to operating under the name of Omni Web Studios as the Website Krafters site is no longer responding.Stay away from both of these companies!

  If I could give a zero star I would! I paid an astronomical amount for my website. Now my website is no longer available because I didnt pay them an additional million dollars to host it.
