    I hired Omni Web Studio to build a website for my new business, I chose one of their packages. I paid the total price of the package Dec 2021. The website was supposed to be ready before the end of 2021 to catch the main event. they failed to meet the deadline. Couple of weeks after the deadline they asked for further material to populate the website. It took me few weeks to get the material. It took them three to four month to get the website on but incomplete. they missed the second deadline. The website was never delivered to me. It was not ever fully function. All the time while they were trying on getting the website ready, they keep changing personnel. Every new person was always trying to sell me another thing. When they claimed that the website is ready, I found out that my name will be there on the address box next to the website name, In other word it looks that it is not finished. when I discussed this with the company they said this is because I did not pay for the security and I have to pay them $350.00 for that. Certainly this did not make any sense to me and it violate my agreement in the first place with them . All what I mentioned hear shows the faulty kind of work this company does every step of the way. Yet all of this does not include the major fault . they took the website down more than five month ago. I spoke with them trying to get any content of the website and see why the website is not online and it does not exist . I spoke with one of their employee or actually manager (as everyone I spoke with call himself a manager). I think his name was ****** and he promised that he will fix that as a matter of fact he texted me saying he had already fixed it which is not correct. when I tried to speak with this person again. they told me that he is no longer with the company I do not think they skipped any sort of faulty, unprofessional, dishonest work at every level. I have the emails and the correspondences as evidence. I will uploaded later on.

    I purchases the services of this company in May of 2022. They said they would build a professional looking website with all these nice features. The manager was extremely difficult to contact. They consistently did not do what I asked. They put a news section on the website with material that made no logical or grammatical sense and just left it there. My website was also a landing page for setting appointments. They never connected the website to my calendar in the right way. Before they finished the website, I was offered an SEO servicing package. In the contract, they guaranteed a return that would be 4 times what I paid for the service. within three months. That was in June and they have not generated one single lead. I am not at all ranked on google and they have no intent on improving that. This company is terrible, misleading, frustrating and they do not work well at all. They are rude and they will continuously lie about doing work for you and do nothing. They will tell you they will call you back in 20 minutes and never call you back. I am currently in the mist of seeking legal assistance and will be following these actions up with a lawsuit. Based on the other reviews on BBB about this company, it looks like I will have a great case.
