      I had already had my Very First (1st) Appointment with one of your female students by the name of Ms. *********************** and her phone number is: **************. She did schedule ME for a Second (2nd) Appointment for Wednesday, March 1st, 2023 @ 1:00 p.m. and sadly, I was Not Able To Make It For That Appointment and so I Informed Her At Least Two (2) Days In Advance and when I asked her for another appointment date, she Refused To Give Me One (1) By Stating That She Is All Filled Up and Then She Went On That The Spring Break Is Coming And That She Has To Be Done By Then!I feel that this type of Mistreatment And Abuse is Totally Uncalled For, Totally Unfair and Extremely Unprofessional At The Very Least that I have to be Punished For Cancelling An Appointment In Advance Which Is Totally Not My Fault!I was More Than Flexible With Her Schedule Since Day One (1) And Even Asked Her To Contact ME For Any Historical Cancellations With Her Other Patients So That I Can Get Seen Sooner In Which She Never Contacted ME One (1) Single Time To Offer Me Anything!To Make Matters Worst: She Could Have Referred ME On To Another Student If She Was So Full and She Did Absolutely Nothing For ME, but Keep Me Hanging When I Am Desperate To See A Dentist For The Past Several Months And Desperate To Get Treatment Right Away and Yes, I ***************** In Which I Supplied To Your Office In Advance Which Was Already Verified.At This Point: I am Beyond Angry And Disgusted At The Mistreatment That I Have Received So Far, Including The Huge Waiting Time As Well Which Was Never Like This When I Was A Patient Out Here Several Years Ago!What A Change In The Wrong Direction! I would appreciate it Very Much if You could Please Offer ME My Second (2nd) Appointment With Another Qualified, Student Dentist As Soon As Humanly Possible so that I Can Come Back In Order To Finish My Treatments!

      Over and over I have called Herman Ostrow USC school of dentistry and have gotten no response or call back!! You would think such a prestigious university like USC could pull it together enough to be courteous to the public. I was fortunate to have been able to see one amazing dentist for a referral I had on a root canal. From that point on, it has been a lost cause trying to be seen as a patient. By the way, I might add, I paid over $700.00 cash for that root canal. However, since then, I have had to deal with 2 bumbling idiot students who couldn't even stick a piece of card board in my mouth right to take xrays and a dental student who ruined everything for me. Not to mention he was a rude pushy **** and he made it impossible for me to return as a patient due to the fact he couldn't take the time to return my calls or listen to my voice messages. I understand this is a large facility that deals with many people. I am the best dental patient a dentist could ask for and I believe USC aka Herman Ostrow dental school has treated me unfairly if not worse!! I requested a review of my situation by the dean and still no luck, but they didnt have any problem taking over 700.00 when the only income I had was G.R. They could have least gone by sliding scale or reduced fees. In the mean time, I've been calling since before Covid & still no response. Why can't this place get a decent way to answer phone calls & schedule appts or at least return calls, I just dont know. I guess its all about money or who you know. They shouldn't offer to help the public if they are not interested or able to do so in an appropriate & timely manner. I am not asking for a miracle!! They need to pull it together enough to schedule appts & see patients, or just close the door to the low income folks in general if they can't live up to a vision & a mission that helps those who are less fortunate and who are in need of dental care.
