    I have reached out several times to be able to sign into my account to change my billing address with no response. I am being charged every 3 months for the product to be delivered to a house I dont live in.

    I initially subscribed for vitamins from o positive. I cancelled my subscription and we moved. They charged me for a month and sent it to my old address. They do not have a phone number. I sent 3 emails requesting a refund and where to return un ordered package. They refuse to respond.

    I ordered a discounted bottle of supplements and then canceled due to the fact it did not work for me. I am still receiving new bottles and new charges to my credit card.

    I placed an order for two bottles of Meno Gummies and on bottle of URO Capsules. When my order arrived there was No Meno Gummies and three bottles of URO Capsules.

    I have been unable to update my payment information on the website. Instead of doing it on the website, I am emailed a link to use. That link takes me to ShopRunner instead of my payment method on O Positive. I have already updated my payment method on Shoprunner, but O Positive doesn't have a way to update it directly with O Positive. I keep getting emails stating that my payment didn't go through for my subscription, but there is a glitch in the system that doesn't allow me to update it. There's also no customer service telephone number. I am very frustrated having to jump through hoops like this. *****, please do something with your website.

    On February 3, 2024, I signed up for a recurring subscription with this company for two different supplements, each a 90-day supply. After almost two months of using both products, I was unable to notice any positive changes in the conditions they claim to treat. I went back to the website to cancel the subscriptions and apparently missed the final screen because when you go to cancel, you are offered multiple discounts over several pages that you have to deny before being allowed to select cancellation. Today I woke up to a charge of $174.65 for another 3 month subscription of these supplements. I have not been able to get in touch with the company as they only have a general email address for contact. The cancellation process for subscriptions for this company is manipulative and intentionally difficult.

    I tried to cancel my online subscription before the trial ended because the service offered was not worth the steep price of $35 per month. The website was non operational and made it impossible to cancel. I emailed customer service with NO RESPONSE. I sent them messages on social media accounts with no response. They continue to charge me every month after MANY requests to cancel BEFORE the trial ended.

    Hello,

    We are confirming we did receive an email on April 23, 2024 and Instagram direct message from this customer. Our customer service team did respond via email, but has not yet received a response from the customer. Furthermore, our team was unable to find any orders or charges connected to the name, email, and address provided by the customer that aligns with any charges made on or around March 22, 2024 or April 22, 2024. We would like to refund the customer for the charges as shown from March 22, 2024 and April 22, 2024. However, the customer would need to provide our customer care team with information to help us identify the orders properly. We ask the customer to check their spam/junk folder for our initial response email and respond as soon as possible. If it cannot be found, please email ****************** to connect again with our customer service team and provide any details that can be used to help identify the order and payment method used so the refunds can be authorized.

    I was unaware of a recurring charge for a subscription I involuntarily entered into back on December 20th, 2023. I placed an order with Opositive for a 30 day supply of probiotics. They arrived and actually sent me 2 months worth, so 60 day supply of the vitamins. So another order for a 30 day supply is not needed, not until at least February 20th, ****. Today Opositive charged me $29.25 for a new order they claim was placed and took the money automatically from my debit card I used for the original purchase. I immediately caught this mistake and reached out to the company via email to cancel my subscription, cancel the order and refund my money back to my account. I've now sent a total of 4 emails. They responded confirming cancelation of subscription, but then 6 hours later I get an email stating my order is on the way to me. I can't get anyone to acknowledge my request for cancel and refund. The only contact information on their website is email. And I've been waiting on a response and my refund to no avail.

    This customer's order was refunded on January 23. Our customer service team is not always able to respond to requests within 24 hours, however the order was refunded within 3 days of when she issued this complaint. This should be closed.

    I have contacted the customer service four times and the last time directly spoke to a human being to cancel my order of vitamins. I was told there is no active order at either of my 2 emails. Yesterday, I was charged yet again for an order that has been cancelled four times as I do not want their product. This company is scamming people out of hard earned money and telling us the order has been cancelled, then 30 days later charges my card and send another order.

    I canceled a recurring order on their web page on 9/1 (it is NOT easy to do so) and placed another recurring order for a different type of product (gummies, instead of pills) and I was still going to be sent the canceled order, even though I canceled, I could not get into contact with anyone until 5 days later, which they did cancel and refund me, however now, they have sent me the WRONG order, as shown attached, the invoice included in the package is clearly NOT me, I placed an order for 3 bottles of MENO Gummies for 90 dollars and they sent me one PMS gummy vitamin, which is not what I ordered. This company does not respond to emails within 24 hours as stated, it has been 3 days and I have not heard from anyone regarding my order.

    Following a detailed investigation we have determined that O Positiv took all appropriate steps to support the customer and provide a high level of service to support them with their request in a timely manner. 

     

    This customer had a declined payment due to credit card issues and once the card was update the customer placed multiple orders on September 5 and 6 and then reached out to request our customer support team cancel them September 6. The orders were cancelled and immediately refunded on September 6, the same day. It then appears that the customer received the incorrect items due to a fulfilment error and upon finding this out O Positiv immediately sent complimentary replacement items to the customer, which tracking information indicates was successfully delivered to the customer. 

     

    Based on our investigation O Positiv provided an excellent level of customer service in response to the customer and immediately actioned their request in full.
