I didnt want an order which before when I didnt put the money in my account after the first three attempts they didnt complete the order. This time they came back a week later and charged me. The second the charge went through I looked for how to contact them and the only way was through email. I sent an email right away stating to cancel the order but they continued to process the order. I wrote them three days in a roll before the order left their building and they still let it ship. I even wrote them on instagram. I dont want the order and I want my money back. Cancel the order asap. Cancel EVERYTHING. After this I no longer want any business with this company. Its too much work.Customer Answer

I placed this order and paid for it in April. I have used this company "s protocol. They emailed me that my order was lost by the carrier. They have not responded to me regarding my refund. They do not have a customer service phone number for customers to call.Business Response

Following an investigation we have determined that O Positiv took all appropriate steps to support the customer and provide a high level of service to support them with their request.
On May 5 2025, the customer reached out to ********************** to let us know that she did not receive her order.
On May 5 2025, O Positiv investigated the order shipment and confirmed it was lost in transit. O Positiv sent a replacement order.
On May 14 2025, O Positiv refunded her order after the customer confirmed she did not receive her replacement order.
Based on our investigation O Positiv full resolve the customers requests once being made aware of the issues.

I ordered vitamin supplements from O Positive on February 5, 2025 and paid $58.30. When I placed the order, there was a box to check to indicate if I wanted to receive these vitamins on a recurring basis and I did not check the box. I do not want recurring orders without verifying that the product is to my satisfaction. I checked my bank statement this morning and see that another $29.15 was charged to my bank account for items that I did not order. I tried calling the 800 number to settle this *************) but all I got was a recording indicating that I needed to send an email to ********************************** however, that email address does not exist and the email bounced back to me. I ordered a 2 pack of the Uro womens probiotics that was delivered on 02/21, I paid roughly 56$ and some change . When I received the package I could tell there was only one bottle before opening however I was unsure if this time I had maybe gotten a larger bottle with double the amount from the previous month so it was like two bottles. As soon as I opened and noticed I sent the complaint via tik tok where I ordered it showing a pic of my bag and the one bottle as I submitted for a partial refund , they have refused an even partial refund stating they needed more proof of which Im not sure what else they need ? In Sept of 2024 I was emailed they had sent out another order of vitamins, I quickly emailed them to stop processing as I didnt not need or want any further orders from them and Id like to have a refund. I received an email a few days later that they cancelled order and Id be refunded, the time for the refund as elapsed and Ive yet to get any type of payment from them. My father (**** *****) ordered some supplements from OPositiv about a year ago to help him with bladder issues. They have not helped and now he is deceased. I tried to contact the company to STOP the subscription, but they only have an email available and will NOT respond to REFUND the last delivery and to CANCEL the subscription as he is no longer alive. I have reached out several times to be able to sign into my account to change my billing address with no response. I am being charged every 3 months for the product to be delivered to a house I dont live in.
