I booked a tour for 7 days and 6 nights to travel with my friends who were coming from ***** and paid the money. The agency called me and asked me to change to 8 days and 7 nights. I said no because my friends' schedule was tight since they were only in America for ten days. The agency called me again, to which I said no again, but the agency kept trying to persuade me, promising that if we extend the tour, we can travel with more space in the bus and that we could ride in a nice spacious 33-person bus. I asked my friends, who said okay, and I agreed to the change and paid more money for the extra day. From the beginning of the tour, nothing turned out the way the agency had promised. On top of that, on the fifth day of the tour, we were moved to a small 15-person bus. The agency promised a nice ******** **** bus with 14 seats that would not be full, but when the bus came, it was a **** bus, and all seats were full. It was so uncomfortable with no leg space, and everyone on the bus suffered from leg and back pain. Some people got sick with body aches, and everyone on the bus complained that they did not get what the agency had initially promised them. Our small bus did not even have a tour guide, so we did not get a proper tour and explanation during the last half of the trip. This travel agency makes promises that they cannot keep and don't do business well. I will not take any tour with them in the future, and I advise potential customers to stay away as well.
