Business ProfileforNRG Upgrade

In August 2022, I installed Solar Panels with NRG. With the rainy season, the roof started leaking in January 2023, immediately beneath where the panels were installed, and where the workers had the most foot traffic. I have been trying to get it fixed with them for the last 5 months, and they keep promising to fix it, but they dont. I need my roof fixed. And to do that, I need them to remove the panels, fix the roof, and replace the panels. Im complaining because they are not scheduling me for a repair despite many many requests. The damage to my home is substantial. Ruined drywall ceilings in master bedroom; damaged roof; ruined window linings and window treatment (shutters); and dealing with leaks and water damage in our master bedroom for 4 months. Also, they disconnected the panels and covered them with tarp during the leaks, so we didnt even benefit from the panels for about 2-3 months in that period. When I call and text and email (which I have done at least 30 times), I get a combination of excuses, and an inability to give me a date and time when my roof will be fixed. I would also need reimbursement for the repairs to the damage (including possible mold) to my home. This is more urgent because we have a newborn in the master bedroom, and if there is mold, there is a higher risk to him. We told NRG about the pregnancy and birth, but they are not moving any faster. They never reach out to me. I always need to call, text, and email them. In my last email, I let them know that I would be reporting them if they dont give me a date for the repair. This is not a reliable business. They dont return calls or emails. They dont give their clients what they pay for and they dont respect their own warranty of the roof for one year.
