            I paid the amount due per the payoff notice within the time frame on the pay off notice. I have tried unsuccessfully to get information on when the title will be delivered and confirmation of delivery address, however my emails go unanswered. I have an open case with the *********************** of PA and will be putting in a subsequent complaint as this company is an absolute nightmare and should be shut down. They are ripping consumers off, have poor customer service, misleading information, and shoddy business practices.

            If I could give this company 0 stars I would. This company is poorly ran. The representatives/managers are rude and they will end a call on you. I was told that ****** was is the manager. Ive spoken with her and she has terrible customer service. ******* is a representative, she has been helpful to me throughout this time. Do not Finance through this company. They are taking money from my account when they are not authorized to do so. They have placed me and my family In a bind multiple times. Again!!!! Do not finance here. The BBB/ social media platforms will know of this matter as well!! I understand that when youre desperate for someone to finance you , you take the first available company but please please do not harm yourself by financing w this company. Id be surprised if the company responded to this review . That *** be their only chance to respond professionally. You will not see *************** (my ****** profile for reviews) in your system but this message is on behalf of a company that I am part owner of. I bet they would assume the company that Im affiliated with. Thats just how unprofessional they are. Yelp is next for a review
