I purchased a pair of shoes online from what I believed was a physical business. I know there's an actual store in ********. I paid in total $534 (which isn't exactly chump change) for a new pair of Air ****** XI Legend blues. Upon delivery I unboxed the shoes and inspected them as I do with all my shoes that I buy. Literally within seconds I noticed on both shoes there appear to be scuffs or some sort of deep discoloration on the sole that is super noticeable especially considering this is a more than 90 percent white shoe. I immediately reached out to their support team and voiced my displeasure and asked for a refund. The communication started out fine being that I was actually getting replies and in a timely manner and even had one of the ladies say that after I send her the pictures of the shoes that she'll generate a return label and begin the refund process. It's been well over a week since I've heard anything from their support team and I've been reaching out to them. I just don't understand why it's such a hassle to get my money back. I paid for a product. I wasn't satisfied with the quality. I asked for a refund. I was never rude or anything like that. On March 17, 202* I purchased a pair of Jordan * retro Dessert Elephant size 5 1/2and paid $215.06 I waited almost 2 weeks for these sneakes to arrive and when they did they where a mess broken sneaker box, sneakers where dirty on the bottom , stitching in the sneaker was coming apart, the sneaker itself was dirty and I was not satisfied at all. I connected them and send them multiple pictures of the sneaker explain to them I did not want them and will return them for a full refund and there giving me the run around about My money. I want a full refund, I want and apology and i will never.do business with this company ever again they ate selling fake sneakers telling people they are authentic when they are clearly not. To provide you with accurate information, I worked with our warehouse team, and we were able to confirm the shoes successfully passed our authentication process on 03/21/23 at 11:37am PDT.
Authentication accuracy is our top priority. Rest assured, every sneaker is authenticated through a rigorous verification process using data and information accumulated from researching and inspecting the intricacies of authentic pairs.
We have built a database of over ****** sneakers with manufacturer notes, so every time a shoe comes through for verification, our specialists will inspect by hand off of those notes. We inspect everything from the stitching to the label, texture to color, and so much more to ensure they are 100% authentic.
In the event our specialists have any concerns, we err on the side of caution and do not proceed with the order. That is to say, all of our inventory is guaranteed authentic. However, we definitely do want you to be happy with your purchase and have initiated a return for you.

Ordered shoes on March 9 2023. Still have not received shoes. Flight club states that original seller failed to send in merchandise and were waiting on someone else to send another pair. No communication until I reached out to them. Only communicate through email. No phone numbers available. They took full payment of $427.67 on March 9. I ordered a pair of Asics boots from Flight Club. I received the boots this week, when opening the box I could see that the boots were counterfeit and not real. I contacted Flight Club and sent them photographs and expressed my concerns through photographs indicating how poorly the shoe was. The glue from the rubber to the cloth was extremely off and a mess. I sent two emails to the company and they continue to avoid my request to refund my money back.Business Response

I have not received my shoes and I want to ensure they are authentic. I do not believe in this company and they only sent an email saying that the shoes were packaged. Based on their history, the shoes will sit there another month and there will be a "delay" in their response!

On 3/6/23 I purchased a pair of ************ space jam 2016 size men's 13 from their website for $150 (see attachments). I trusted their PayPal method of payment and then I recieved an email reply from their customer service stating that I should contact my bank because this was a fraudulent transaction. I've emailed them that they should still send me sneakers since this was a failure of their website security and now I have to cancel my card and update all my automated payments that are tie to this account. I feel that they mistakenly price the shoe and after my purchase they took down the retail of $150 and now they don't want to honor this purchase.Business Response

I would like to confirm that we are a consignment marketplace. This means that we receive, verify, then list your sneakers for sale. Once they've sold on our site, you will receive a payout.
However, after further review, I do see that your sneakers were not successfully delivered at our warehouse per your *** tracking information (******************************************************************************************************************). The tracking information shows that there's currently a claim in progress. Once the claim has been resolved by the courier, we will immediately follow up with you with an update. I purchased a women's size 8 **** Dunk ( black & white) $******. it took 3 weeks to receive the shoes. when the shoe arrived they shipped a men's size 12 Praline / ********************* shoes. I email the company because this is the only method of contact. they responded the next day to send multiple pictures of the shoe and labels. I complied they responded the 1st time i needed to send more pictures the 2nd time i needed to send the label of the shoe from the inside. the third request stating the pictures are not clear. I have compiled and still no results. Upon reviewing your order *********, I can confirm that you reached out to us to let us know that you did not receive the sneakers you ordered, but instead received a different pair. We asked for photos of the sneakers and box that you did receive. You provided the necessary photos that we request for returns and we were able to provide you with your return shipping label.
The agent under your support request went ahead and provided you a return label and packing slip for the return of your sneakers and advised that you would received a full refund of $191.68 to your original payment once the shoes are received back to us and processed. They also advised to allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.
Additionally, as a courtesy, $15 in credit was added to your account.

This was an online experience - I have not been to the brick and mortar in **. My teen son wanted expensive sneakers and turned me on to this website. We ordered shoes - I was pleased to save money. Shoes were authenticated and arrived. They didn't fit. The company does not do returns but you can sell back so I initiated that process. I was told that they would not accept the shoes because they did not meet quality standards - though no explanation was given. We literally bought the shoes from them, tried them on once and sold them back. Now they want $30 to have them shipped back. I have emailed a number of times and created a ticket, which has been 'escalated' but weeks have passed, no answers, no shoes, no money. Just ghosted. No phone number available.
