    ************************** initially did not send me the product I ordered when the salesperson told me it'd arrive in 1 to 2 days since I live in *******************. After 5 days and **** never received the package since the shipping label was created I submitted a fraud report with my bank stating that ************************** never sent me the product. After my bank contacted the seller, he called me claiming he sent the product and **** was wrong. The package arrived the next day, but the product was a ************************************** advertises their products are designed, tested, engineered, and made in the U.S.A. The product they sent me was made by a *************** called *****. The product I ordered was meant to be an interior ambient lighting kit specifically designed to work with Tesla vehicles, and ************************** allows options on which model of car you own to determine which kit you get.The Tk-yb set requires a 12v power source and utilizes a plug to fit into a fuse box. Teslas do not have fuse boxes, and the internal electronics are powered by a 15v source.The salesman, "***," claims I needed to purchase a step-down converter to use the kit, but then also tells me I don't need it because the kit apparently operates from 9 to 20 volts. This is not true because LEDs are sensitive to a wide range of voltage that can cause them to burn out.*** also claims ************************** only makes the ***** and sources the LED controllers from Tk-yb, however Tk-yb only sells full lighting kits.*** also refuses to allow me to return the kit. He claimed I am outside of the return window, then said he doesn't accept returns on "custom" products despite the fact I never had it customized, then says he won't honor a return because of the fraud claim.The chief complaint is ************************** falsely lists on their website a "Tesla lighting kit" that's specifically "made for Teslas," but its not compatible and. Ot ****************** also didn't mail my product until I filed a report.

    An item was purchased by mistake on 4/21/25 and I called to cancel it. He still tried to send the package to me and have a signature to ensure I got it. I never signed for it and it was shipped back to him. He sent another package with tracking to prove he sent it. When I opened it up, it was shown to be a water bottle with a note that says, "Nice Try!" and not what was ordered and canceled. Most likely he purchases followers on instagram as he has 116K followers and has 16 likes on some posts. He has a long convoluted way of explaining a way to pay to be sponsored which is a scam.

    I placed an order for 3 starlight boxes, & 2 fiber optic bundles of 600 individual lights & a starlight kit box with its own fiber optic bundle I got sent 2 light boxes, & the starlight kit however the fiber optic lights were not 600 it was less than 500 & the light boxes they sent me were used not even new I paid over $600 for this SCAM Individual be aware if youre a business looking for a good supplier RUN I reached out to them multiple times claiming theyd call me back - but never called me back in fact only reached out once they saw a charge back hit theyre card.

    2/14/2025 i received a call to enter a sponsorship program and was told i need to purchase an item to enter.We spoke about a product they have i gave them my card info and i was not given a total or anything all he said was ok it will be there soon.I did not agree to purchase my car was just ran.I went back and forth calling and sending emails for 2 months to return.They said wait until you receive it and call to return. Giving me the run around everyday. Now they updated their return policy it seems and say they can not receive the return the box is not even opened! Almost 500$ worth. Unfair scam

    They told me about free product testing and the only thing that I had to pay for was shipping and they told me that shipping was only gonna cost me$59 and then they actually charged me $219. I did not give the OK to be charged $219 so I would like a refund.

    I received a phone call about an application for a sponsorship. I was told in order to move forward with the sponsorship I would first need to order one of their products. I order a underglow kit and was promised a discount and a few free items however the free items were actually not free just extra items added to my cart then discounted with the new sponsorship discount. The total before the discount was 574.97$ after discount came out to be 463.98$ the price was expensive for a underglow kit but that wasnt the issue. The issue was the item has still not shipped and its been nearly a month. I contacted the owner I believe **** is his name and he didnt respond I waited a awhile longer and texted him again asking for a update and he responded that due to the holidays it was just busy there and reassured me my items would be shipped soon. However that was over two weeks ago and my items have still not shipped I have now requested a refund with both affirm to dispute charges and with Fcklightbars because Ive never even received my order and hafted doing research this is a very common thing they do based on all the one star reviews claiming such. I really just want a refund I wish I didnt even have to pay theyre 35% restocking fee thats how theyre getting you never shipping the item then if they even approve the refund at all you pay them to restock a item that was never even shipped to you in the first place.

    *** called me to place an order on 07.03.24. I explained to them I had ordered their products from a custom shop before and they sent the wrong type of lights. I asked for series 1 with the halo on the outside. When I placed the order was told i also needed new harnesses for the series 1. Wanted almost 2 months and did NOT receive what I ordered. Same lights as before (series 2) and was told on IG I was upgraded but i did ask nor want an upgrade. No one answers or returns phone calls l. I was told I would receive an RMA for both the 20" and 50" light bar but the ones they sent would not scan at the postoffice. 10.21.24 I'm still trying to resolve their mess up but no one is trying to help with my issue. I would just like a refund. They do not answer their toll free number or return calls.

    Date of transaction was 02/01/2024 Transaction amount was $430. This company is a complete scam. I purchased rock lights that didn't work. They are telling me I have to buy more parts to make the lights work. The company is a horrible company with zero customer service. Company will not offer any returns . And will not answer and phone calls or emails or text.

    Order #*****. I purchased ditch light mounts from this company in March. Waited over a month and they sent the wrong items. I sent pictures of the wrong mounts and it took them well over a week to get me a return label. I sent them back and **** tried to deliver. Now Im out over ******. They said its not their fault they were not open. They sell Chinese gear and are not transparent on that. They give the consumer the idea they are buying quality They run out of a hole in the wall in **********. They will never answer the phone or respond to emails. They will call you back If youre lucky. Stay far far away from and buy quality gear from a reputable source.

    In October of 2023 I decided I wanted lights for my truck, and I had just been told how I could try getting sponsored by FCKLightbars. So I filled out their online application and shortly after received a phone call that I had been accepted. While on the phone he told me about all their accessories and decided that we would just place the order over the phone. Upon receiving the packages(3) I paid over $600 in extra shipping charges on top of what they charged me for shipping. When I came to opening the boxes I discovered this was not even close to what they told me. I paid over $4000cad for cheaply made lights and harnesses that were far from advertised. They told me that they were plug and play, they are not. They told me they ***************** right up with the provided mounts, they will not. Since I called them to discuss this issue they have been dodging my calls and ignoring my e-mails. When I do get ahold of them I am constantly being lied to with them stating that they will send me an email with information to process a return, but I never receive any email and I dont hear from them until I call them again. And it usually takes ***** phone calls for them to pick up, not rings, 20 SEPARATE PHONE CALLS. The last time I spoke to someone they told me all sales are final and refused to even listen to the countless issues.
