    On January 1st around 10pm, the venue (Midway in *************) started telling people in the outside area they had to leave the venue although it was supposed to end at 12am. Some of the security told us we had to make a line again to get back in but they lied as this was false and they did not let us back in (We waited in line over 40 mins). Staff was extremely rude and hostile, we felt very unsafe and scammed by the venue and their employees. They got in our faces, shoved us and tried knocking our phones out of our hands when we started recording what was going on for our safety. It was our understanding from other upset people that they oversold tickets and that they were at capacity so that they were trying to get rid of people since the outside area was closing and only the indoor area would remain open. This was beyond unacceptable and unprofessional.

    I had a horrible experience with this company. I ordered 2 outdoor sheds. After they were"shipped" they never provided a tracking number. They kept telling me they couldn't get me one ( never had a company that sells an item not provide tracking). Two weeks after shipping still no tracking or items. They assured me it would arrive by 6/1/22. After numerous emails trying to get tracking they finally came back with " both items were damaged in shipment". Not just one but both damaged....sure. They did refund my money but said they could not replace them right now due to low stock. I told them I really needed the sheds but they never offered to send me two whenever they could. So I waited three weeks for sheds that never came. I don't think they were ever shipped because if they were I would have received tracking. I don't know if they just provide horrible customer service or are just a scam business.

    Hi Stephanie,

    We completely understand where you are coming from. Our supplier for the item you purchased has marked your order as shipped and we sent several follow-up emails to them asking for the tracking number to no avail. Two weeks after it was placed, the supplier informed us that both items were damaged in shipment and as a result, we have issued a full refund to your original payment method. This is the second time a customer has complained about a delivery from this supplier, so we decided to suspend their merchant account at Venue Marketplace to ensure that this won't happen again. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.
