    I purchased a Women's Black Waffle Sweatshirt $128.80 and matching Jogger Pants $128.00 on 12/30/24. I was sent a coupon to receive a discount so I received a $41.40 off my regular priced order. I was also made to purchase a order protection for $5.55 or I would not receive a refund if my order was lost in transit. The pants are not on sale, final sale or intimate bottoms; they are to be worn outside of the house, so they are supposed to be exchangeable and refundable. Both the top and pants were too large to wear. .However, the pants I consider defective. There was so much material below the waistband and down to the crotch that it puckers and bulges to the point that it gives the appearance that I have male genitalia. The companies site will only allow me to return/exchange the top but not the pants. What am I supposed to do with jogger pants that pucker in the crotch and are too big???? I cannot wear these in public which what they are for. The advertisement even shows the model wearing sneakers. The pants are called "joggers". I want a full refund. This company can only be contacted via email. This company is unethical and this transaction is fraudulent on their part.

    I carefully selected my items and the correct sizes, I noticed that size of one item had been changed. I think it switched it when I selected to continue shopping. I contacted the company immediately after I received the confirmation email and saw it was incorrect. The only option they offer is email and I just received two generic automated responses that were not helpful in any way. There is no customer service support and now Im going to be stuck with a non refundable item that doesnt fit.
