            My credit card was very unexpectedly charged $29.99 by doozycardsl, even though I have never even looked at their website before -- certainly never used their services.             I was goin to send an ecard to a friend for her birthday I signed up for the trial which I couldnt get the card sent because I couldnt figure it out & just got frustrated & canceled the subscription thru the site right after trying to send the ************** figure it out I clicked cancel membership a message came up saying to cancel thru PayPal so I went to PayPal *************** find it so I called PayPal talked to a customer service ********** couldnt find it on their end so I figured I was good then that was on 1/26/24 then on 02/05/24 I was charged $29.99 I never even was able to use the stupid *********** canceled it so I called PayPal I am disputing the charges & that PayPal customer service rep she said they wouldnt be able to see the trial o signed up for until I was charged so its a scam theres no way u can cancel thru PayPal until ur charged but the doozy website makes u cancel thru PayPal so you cant cancel a trial your goin to be charged no matter what because pay pal doesnt see it until your charged !!! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE ***** YOU WILL BE CHARGED CANNOT NOT CANCEL UNTIL YOUR CHARGED

            This must have been a truly frustrating experience. We refunded the customer immediately after they contacted our Customer Support rep. *** customer seems to have encountered PayPal's sometimes frustrating set up. We can always cancel a customers membership with us, but the way PayPal is set up, customers are obliged to go into their own PayPal accounts to cancel the subscriptions to any online service they may have joined in PayPal itself. 

            *** customer seems not to have been able to do this due to PayPal's own rules and structure and/or may have been misinformed by the PP representative (we say this because customers have cancelled their subscriptions to us inside their PP accounts many times in the past, even before a charge occurred).

            We encourage the customer (and all customers) to post this review to PayPal's page where it might encourage them to make cancellation of subscriptions easier for people.
