    Buyer beware, received my set and was missing a pillow case and comforter. Many email exchanges later they state that they were shipped and I should contact the post office. They bag they were delivered in was intact. Bottom line they weren't shipped. Very disappointed as the email replies were extremely slow and basically saying it was my problem.

    The products do not work. I've slept on mine for 3 months. Contacted them. basically told me I could not have refund. I believe any people getting relief is placebo effect. Poor people needing help and they get nothing. I am a nurse.

    ****. I would give them 0 starts if I could. I spent over $850 on Terra Therapy products over TWO MONTHS ago and still havent received my order in full. After about 45 days, I received parts of my order. Of the parts I did receive, they were incorrect sizes and incorrect colors. There is no working phone number for customer service. Ive exchanged MANY emails back and forth with their customer service but have not come to any resolution. They dont address questions or provide info on order status. I think the email service is handled by an AI bot, not a real human customer rep. *** that to say, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

    I received my order and it was missing two items the grounding box and the adapter. I emailed the owner several times I have a total of 21 emails since last month I have been going back and forth with him. He told me I could by a grounding box an a adapter I asked him was he serious you expect me to purchase items that were supposed to come with the order. I asked for a refund several times then he said he was going to expedite my return and ask for pictures. I had already sent pictures in a previous email he kept yo yoing me around I sent another email stating it was illegal to refuse me a refund when he acknowledged in several emails that I was sent the wrong item and I will be taking further action. He then sent me a email stating that he could not refund me because I used the mat which is a lie and he also went on the website and removed the grounding box and adapter from the items including with the mat. Very unethical business and absolutely bottom barrel customer service. There are other reputable companies to purchase from please don't waste your money with this company.
