    Purchased a king size sheet from them and when I received the item it didnt even cover half of my king size mattress. It was clearly not a king size sheet. Contacted the company to return and they refused to accept a return. Sheet sizing has an industry standard. A company cannot create their own sizing and misrepresent it online. Their entire instagram account is full of people commenting that theyve been scammed by this company. They need to be investigated and shut down.

    I ordered new earthing bed sheets from this company on 12/10/24 so that I would have it in time to give my wife for Christmas. On 12/16, I wanted to reach out to the company because I had not received a shipping notification. They have no phone number listed on their website, so I sent a form to them inquiring about the item. I did not hear anything back until the next evening, with no timeframe of when the item might ship. I waited a few more days and emailed them again. I asked to cancel the order because I would not receive it in time for Christmas. Also, by then I started wondering if I had been scammed. A day later, the response was that the item was I transit. It is now the 28th, and I still have not received the item. When I looked up the tracking number, it said the item was shipped from *****, and no other updates. Im pretty sure I have been scammed. Maybe a copy cat website?

    Date of transaction: 8/27/2024 I purchased a set of sheets and a pillow case from this company. I received a confirmation email saying my order was received and that Id receive another email when my order was preparing to be shipped. After over a week, I had not heard anything back, so I emailed the customer support email provided in my initial confirmation email. I got a reply saying my order was in process and that it should be shipped soon. Another week goes by and I have not received any updates. I emailed the customer service email again asking for a refund and have not received a reply. The order number provided in the confirmation email was #****. The customer service support email I received was from ***** (no last name provided).Ultimately I just want my money back at this point.

    I ordered grounding sheets and pillow cases from Terra Therapy. Paid in full, was notified of delivery and could not find the package anywhere. I notified the company on April 16th (date of delivery per the company was April 9th). Exchange multiple emails back and forth with the companys customer service department, notifying them that I did not receive the delivery. And it is now 2 months later and I still have been given zero resolution from the company. No offer to re-ship, not offer to refund. And now they have stopped answering my emails.
