    Never received my second package. My order was split into 2 packages and I never received most of what I ordered. They used lone star overnight shipping and the company is impossible to contact about any packages . I have not received a refund on my order either . I will never order from Shein again and worst of all this was my daughter's birthday gifts .

    Return 3 items never recived refund , unable to talk with anyone. Send message no respond. When I got responds weeks later claim it was send to Pay pal I don't have account with Pay pal. Beware the will take your money

    Let $3,800 get stolen from my card and they will not give me a name of the person stealing my money to take lawful action. They protect criminals to make their profits. Don't care about helping anyone out.

    Purchased items and still hasn't received them, but it states that items were signed for. Was suppose to receive by December 31,2022- January 3, 2023. Tried chatting with them 5 times no problem solve and keep asking the same questions. I asked for a refund or a replacement no response. I no longer trust this company. Lasership is a real joke for delivering packages

    Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I ordered 1(one), crossbody purse, and received only one purse. I found out that SHEIN had charged me, over, and over again for 44 of the same purse!!! It was their mistake!! They told me it was past 90 days, so no refund!!! So, I told them to send me the other 44 purses their computer glitch produced. They are ignoring me, and won't respond. I'm thinking about pressing charges against them....the bill came to $377.00. Which they're saying I can't get back. I am never shopping with SHEIN again. WHAT SCAMMERS!!!

    I ordered a 5XL for my growing Teen. He is almost 6 foot 350 pounds. This jacket fit me. I normally wear XL!! Now the company said i can not return the jacket???! This is not good business. Make the correct sizes so we won't have to request returns!

    CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTANT TO ACTUALLY TALK OR TEXT ANYONE AT SHEIN- THEY NEED TO SET UP A LINE WHERE YOU CAN ASK A VALID QUESTION NOT ONES THEY MAKE UP THEY THINK YOU ARE ASKING. A SIMPLE YES OR NO EVEN WOULD HELP.

    Purchased these items at the end of November still have yet to receive my order. ******** services socks with their generated messages. The supervisors never contact you after they make you wait ***************************************************** ****** and then have to deal with not being able to reach a live rep. Monday I'll be calling the BBB filing a complaint. As long as this company deals with lasership, which is the worst delivery company, I will not by buying from them. Other friends and family are having the same issues with Shein and lasership.
