    Please do not buy from Shein. The clothes are low quality and the customer service is even worse. I received my first order without any problems. However, I did not receive my second order. I contacted Shein's customer service. I was received store credit and replaced my order. My order was never sent. SheIn requested I provide a picture of government issued ID or a picture of my credit card with sketchy terms and agreement attached. I contacted Shein's customer service only to receive automotive responses. Due to my refusal to provided the requested personal documents my refund and order were cleared from the site. SheIn stole from me. If you are not in a position to lose money, please do not buy from Shein.

    Don't order anything from them. I ordered some stuff they said it was delivered and signed for but I wasn't even home at the time. I was at my Church doing prep work for our meal the next day after Church. When I got home there was no package. Now they're giving me the runaround about a refund. I can't afford to spend money and not receive anything.

    First time ordering. The order was never received. Although it says delivered, it wasn't.Sent 2 emails to the company. One reply came out in Chinese, and the other, I'm still waiting.I'm not ordering again.

    Terrible DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN TELL YOU THEY NEED TO VERIFY YOU ACCOUNT ASKING YOU TO UPLOAD YOUR PERSONAL BANK INFORMATION TO RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS . iTS A SCAM

    They use a secondary company here in ************* called speed X for delivery which has no whatsoever customer support. If they have the slightest issue with an address they dont even try to attempt to deliver. And it is virtually impossible to reach anyone with their shipping department to get a refund or get any type of answers to what can be done

    You should always read reviews for sizing with any company. Bare in mind they are based out of ***** some stuff will run small. I have yet to have a size issue. **************** is prompt on chat. I have been issued a refund for products not received in the past. Extremely low prices so don't expect cashmere. I like it ???????

    Shein deserves a negative 5 start rating. I ordered from Shein. The outfit came damaged. I tried to reach out to them to only find out that you cant get in contact with anyone! Then I contacted ***** since they delivered the package. They denied my claim because they only handle damage claims with SHEIN! It is ridiculous on how now this outfit cant be used and you cant get it taken care of.

    I had read all the negative reviews but ordered anyway. I received two orders. In the first order, the bathing suit was too big so I returned it. Absolutely no problem returning. I received the return label and got my cc refunded within 3 days. Everything else I ordered came within a week and I am very happy with. The clothes fit fine and were so cheap. I was a little apprehensive with all the negative reviews but I can't say anything negative about Shein. I am very happy with everything I ordered and will continue to shop there.

    The worst! Do not order here. Clothes are cheaply made and material awful. Large was a small sun dress. Threw out. Can't even give the 2 items away. Buyer beware! ????

    I see the posters for Shein plastered all over Baltimore. I have read that the company is trying to get themselves well established in the United States. But with reviews like these, I hope the company takes the hint to stop the nonsense or see their company collapse. Americans hate being ripped off and are very litigious! I'm no fortune teller, but I see a very large and nasty class action lawsuit in Shein's future.
