I have contacted the company where they say they shipped something out of Jamaca, ** with a tracking number but nothing actually gets shipped. Do not purchase anything from this company as it's fake and there are many reports with the same issue. Many thanks for your recent order. I ordered a ************* military style hoodie size 2X men from Lipomarts 11/5/2023. I used my debit card and the total with shipping was $74.90, the hoodie was $65.00. I received an email confirming my order was received the same day. It was supposedly order #*******. I contacted Lipomarts on 11/12 looking for a status. I then received an email on 11/13 stating my order was on the way with a **** "tracking number". This number has shown since 11/6 that **** is waiting on the item. I've emailed the company on 11/12, 11/15,11/19, 11/20 asking for the status and on 11/20 requested a refund. A person emailed me back repeated the tracking information and said no refunds after 6 hours. Which I didn't understand and is not stated anywhere on their website.Initial Complaint

I purchased two male hoodies on 11/18/2023 for $69.95 each, the subtotal was $139.90, plus $4.95 for shipping. They gave me a discount of $13.99. The total I paid was $130.86. They sent me an email on 11/18/2023 with the order number and let me know it would be processed on 11/19/2023. I received a second email on 11/20/2023 with tracking information. It says the shipping label was created on 11/20/2023 at 9:18 am, arrived at shipping partner facility/USPS awaiting item on 11/20/2023 at 1:18 pm, departed shipping partner facility/USPS awaiting item on 11/20/2023 at 3:18 pm. No other information is available. I tried to contact both phone numbers they have listed. ************ gives a busy signal and ************ says the call cannot be completed. I left a message on their online portal and sent them an email. After reading the other reviews, I may have been scammed as well. On Nov 1, 2023 I search the internet for a custom military jersey. I came across *********************************** which I seen was based out of **********. I completed my purchase and received an email stating once the order was complete I would receive an email with tracking. A week later I hadnt received anything so I made contact and they provide a tracking number ****** **************************) which stated it was in Jamaica, **. Today is the 20th and still now package. The tracking information keeps stating its still in the same location. I have requested a refund of which they have denied me stating I can only get a refund once the package arrives. However it doesnt look like it will ever come and this is a form of fraud. I ordered a jersey from them on Nov 3 2023, they charged me twice for the jersey that day. When I inquired about the order they assured me it has shipped, but there are no shipping updates and I have not received the order. I ordered a custom jersey for my mom's birthday about 20 days ago. Her birthday has passed, and we didn't receive the jersey. There is no way to contact them. It says reach out to the carrier or shipper if it takes too long, but there is no way to get in touch with them. **** cannot tell me anything as they haven't received it yet. I paid $70. Purchased an ********** that they marketed as "authentic" when in reality it was a reproduction. I contacted the company to return item, no response. only trying to get me to keep the item. Ordered a shirt but it didnt fit because of the cut of the shirt wanted to exchange within the 30 days company would not exchange the company also used my credit card to place another order that I never received but was charged
