    I ordered in May/2025 a jersey for a gift and I ordered a month prior to the date I needed. Weeks went by and I didnt hear anything. Then I got a email at *** in the morning that my package was shipped. So I called *** and the lady told me that they never received the package. But a slip was made for it. I been trying the numbers on their website and its not in service at this time. I sent numerous messages. I havent heard nothing back. The crazy thing about this is when I went to ****** and looked up Custom Jersey thats the company that said they do what I wanted. It wont take long and the price was great! I should have knew it was to good to be true!! I hope they do something with this company before more victims get their money taken!! What a shame.

    ********** site. Ordered before Christmas, a **** FSU Heritage Turquoise jersey. Never received it up til mid January 2025. Jersey wasn't the replica as listed with pictures and details on their site. I have the real **** jersey, and purchased their one for my son thinking it was a great deal, since it was the holidays. Contacted customer service, always some lady or person name ***** that responds. Sent them multiple clear pictures of the defects and complaints. Demanded refund, but always get the avoidance and run around demanding my picture was not good due to the lighting, which is false. My house lights are natural white LEDs and have taken outdoor pictures of the ******. Same story. Called the number on their website, no one answers. The address listed is in some residential neighborhood. Stay away from the site as clearly it is fraudulent

    No exchange policy is absolutely ridiculous!! I ordered a women's XL and received a men's small. They said it should fit fine. It doesn't. They will not even exchange for a larger size. I even offered to pay both shipping charges. Lipomarts is a complete FRAUD. I now see all the negative reviews this company has received. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCUMMY BUSINESS!!!

    I have too have given this company my money and NO ******!! Ordered on November 15 and they keep giving me the runaround!!! No jersey....and it's for my 9 year old grandson.....he will be soooo disappointed. And it's too late to order from somewhere else. ****** *.

    This place is a scam, Don't order from them. Tried to cancel it cuz it was already shipped. I'm going on 3 weeks now. Waiting for a jersey and of course they said they shipped it but the tracking shows they're still waiting for it to arrive to ****. This is a total scam if you buy something from them. I would suggest you use a credit card and get a hold of your credit card company and tell him it's a fraud. That is what I'm doing.

    I too fell for this scam and got the same rhetoric of how busy they are. I placed order Nov 18. Tried calling and of course no answer. I wish I would have read all of the reviews sooner. Do not fall for this scam!!!!

    Me Too!!!!! I order 2 sweatshirts, save your money don't order from this site, my order has been sitting since November 22th with the shipping partner ****************************** in ******************** and **** hasn't received it. I called them and the phone just rings and rings and rings. Whoever ***** is, I hope she/they will get my money back....

    They sent me a tracking number on 10/23. It continues to arrive at the shipping company day after day for 3 weeks. Today Dec 9th they said my item arrived tomorrow Dec 10th at 8:40 am (how do the recive an item tomorrow). This company is a **** DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

    DO NOT MAKE ANY PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! Please save yourself from the frustration that myself and so many other customers have experienced. The company website has an auto-default when you order a specific size, and selects a different size. If you do not notice this at check-out, you are out of luck. They never answer the phone, the phone rings for 30th+ rings, then hangs up. When you email, to cancel your order, "*****" will tell you that it's too late to cancel, that they are behind in fulfilling orders, so you won't receive your order for 8-10 business days, then it's up to the purchaser to pay to return the item and wait for an extended time-frame to receive a credit to your account. I only wish I would have read these reviews before making my purchase. Nothing but regret!

    I have been tracking my order since 9/23. It continues to arrive at the same **** Facility in ********* ** day after day. Efforts to contact the vendor have failed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
