    Stainless steel coated in rhodium by admission of jaxxon customer support and i have the email to prove it. Got scammed thinking it was Sterling silver. What a shame

    I ordered a rope chain and cross pendant over a week ago. I paid the 25 dollar fee to have express shipping(1-2 days I believe). I still have not received my shipment. I ordered this because I wanted it to help me be more spiritual. I just want my money back at this point. I will never order anything from this company again.

    Terrible quality, chains might last 4-5 months before tarnishing. *** bought one chain, it tarnished after 6 months. Thought it was something I did, so I bought 2 more chains. Took better care and it made no difference at all. Last 3 months this time. I emailed their customer service and was told that its outside of the exchange/return window then offered assistance to purchase yet another chain. Place is an absolute JOKE. Just stealing peoples money and turning a c*** product

    The chain isn't bad , but the chain fits smaller than I would like, and I can't get it replaced because of an engraved clasp(which could have been easily switched). What really got me was when I emailed customer service about it they said they would see what they could do, and then when I reached back out after but hearing anything back, they said they wouldn't because of the engraving, which although I disagreed with would have been fine, but they lied and said they had already told me last Saturday they couldnt because of the engraved clasp and then told me "so i would like to reiterate this one... they never told me anything other than engravements make it tricky let me reach out to the appropriate team and get back to you..good customer service means a lot. So does bad customer service. I almost didn't shop there when i noticed they have almost all 5 star reviews on their site, but you can't actually leave a review on their site..seemed like fake reviews. Shouldve went with my gut.

    I bought a cuban link bracelet, and after only five months, the lock has tarnished. I only wear it on special occasions. Reached out to jaxxon company but it never went anywhere as though they didn't care. I attempt to reach them after 2 and a 1/2 weeks and said that it would be escalated.But again it went nowhere! I really don't get it after reading other good reviews. I will never purchase again or recommend this product!

    I have never in my entire life been charged tax on a return before. ************************** states that it is a government mandate to charge tax on returns which is a complete lie. ******** 8:28 PM. ******** says:We cannot refund taxes as it is mandated by the government for all purchases.*************************************************************************

    Their gold chain doesn't stay gold and will not refund and won't replace after a year. If I wanted a sliver chain, I would have bought one.

    Ordered my son Cuban Link + Franco ***** Stack - Silver / 22" + 24" in November as I was shopping ahead of time for Christmas presents. It was a Christmas gift. He did not start wearing the chains until January. He does not wear them every day and when he does he takes them off when he get home from school and keeps in safe place, doesnt wear them in shower or to bed just as a back story. So with in 6 weeks of wearing and not even every day the clasp with not close fully in one of the chains. I reached out to find out the warranty is only 30 days and they cant do anything about it. I dont know how they could stand behind their product for only 30 days at the cost of these chains. They are not cheap chains. Cost me $255 and for their products to brake with in that time is horrible. Buyer beware: I also cant even leave a review on their website which is very sketchy.

    I purchased a chain for my husband for his birthday in December and a ring and it's already tarnished and faded I read the reviews and they said they used silver and 14 kt all lies because gold and silver doesn't fade. They must write their own reviews because the company is a fraud.

    DO NOT BUY SOLID GOLD FROM THIS SITE. I puchased a $2200.00 solid gold ****** chain. They sent me a $400.00 solid gold figaro chain. Now all they do is give me the runaround via email, which **** barely respond to. They kept telling me they have to go ask someone else for the answer. Now they told me the overnighted the replacement 2 days ago. I have not recieved any email stating i have a shipment on the way. If all this gets resolved in a timely fashion then i will but my rating up because the figaro chain was nice so i could only imagine what tge ****** looks like but as of right now they robbed me for $2000.00 and they dont seem to care at all. Legal action will be next.

I can see it took us four days to ship you a replacement; the timeframe was due to employee scheduling on a week with the *** holiday. If you haven't received your replacement chain, which was delivered on 1/23/24, we'd be happy to take further action to rectify this ASAP. We will reach out to you to see if there is anything else we can do to ensure a happy outcome.
