    THIS IS A SCAM. They charged me $300 without my consent. When I sent them an email to ask them to refund the charge they said, "We have attempted to trace the origin of this charge, however, this process may prove to be quite laborious and time-consuming. We recommend that you report this issue to your bank if you suspect that this charge is fraudulent." This IS FRAUD. STAY AWAY.

    An absolutely terrible platform. I didn't even start shopping on the platform, already been scammed $300 USD for a subscription that I never agreed to. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND SIGNING UP FOR ANYTHING FROM ITALIST.COM. I will file a credit card dispute to combat your dodgy business practices.

    Worst shopping experience ever. While shipping was good, return policy does not disclose that the calculation of return cost is made by the company itself, and returning a good is crazy expensive and not justified. Please note that you can't manage the return yourself and they will decide about the cost of returns. Also, customer service is not existing: I initiate a return and was waiting for the return label for more than 10 day and keep asking the customer service. I've never received an answer. Will really advice to avoid this website!

    Ive ordered from Italist about 4 times now and havent had any issues until an order submitted last year for a Givenchy tote and baseball hat. Upon receipt of that order, I emailed them because the items seemed great but the dust bag for the tote came with rips in it, cheap material AND the letters/material was not the same as other Givenchy items I have. They assured me the items were authentic and that they may have sent me a faulty dust bag if one wasnt already with the bag before they sent it to me. They gave me a $70 credit for the issue. I loved my tote so that was Fine. Fast forward, today, I received another order from Italist a pair of Givenchy logo pool slides that I ordered to replace the pair I already have since my current pair is a little banged up. The only reason I ordered from them is to use my credit before it expired. Upon receipt, its very obvious theyve sent me a counterfeit pair of shoes. Even just opening the box it smells like straight chemical! The sizing is different, the material is different and even the packaging is different. Ive emailed them but want to make others aware of this because they advertise themselves as authentic retailers and with this being my second issue, its clear they are not. Im beyond disappointed and want all of my money back immediately.

    Horrible experience.I placed an order for two Stone Island sweatshirts. They were quickly shipped to me in one box from one single boutique in ******The sweatshirts were too big and I needed to return both. I e-mailed Italist **************** and received confirmation both sweatshirts could be returned with one return label in one box. I was just asked to provide the tracking # of the return label I utilized, in advance to Italist, which I did.This is important because Italist's website generates a separate return label for each item being returned. Italist charges a $40 fee for each label used.About two weeks later, Italist refunded me for the returns, but deducted a $40 return label fee for two return labels, even though I only used one.I e-mailed **************** five times and received the following responses.E-mail #1: No response E-mail #2: They confirmed an incorrect refund amount for both sweatshirts that made no sense.E-mail #3: They said they provided the $40 credit already. (THEY DID NOT)E-mail #4: They confirmed the correct amount the refunded me. (WHICH IS $40 SHORT)I think they use AI chatbots for customer service, because the responses I got back were strange and answered questions that I did not ask.
