      HEXCLAD company did the honorable thing by replacing my damage pan. This damage was not fault of my own and the company took responsibility.

      I was hesitant to buy the cookware but gave in when they are on sale at ******. Bought 2 different pots and pans set which included a 12 inch wok as well. Recently in one of the bigger pot I noticed a small discolored area in the middle and the food started sticking to it. Thought I would try my luck with the warranty today. **************** team was really quick in responding and asked for the needed stuff like the purchase receipt and warranty details and the pictures of the pot where it was showing the spot that has gone bad. Thats it. It took me less than 10 mins to gather the details and send it their way. I wasnt expecting a reply for couple of days or to be ***** a week. With in 30 mins I got a reply back from them saying they are sending the replacement pot to me. I have never seen any other company that was willing to help out the clients like this. Definitely recommend them and I will definitely going back to them if I need any other cook ware.

      I had an outstanding experience with the ****** customer service team, especially ******** *. From start to finish, the warranty claim process was smooth and hassle-free. I needed a replacement for my 12" Griddle pan, and they handled it quickly and professionallyno stress, no delays.******** went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of, and her friendly, helpful attitude made the whole experience even better.Exceptional customer service like this is rare and truly appreciated. Great product. Great team. Highly recommend! ??

      I was hesitant to purchase these, but I absolutely love them! We had one pan that even after seasoning started to lose its effectiveness and got burned around the edges, but the warranty replacement claim was quick and easy! I appreciate that Hexclad supports their products and customers to ensure continued happiness with their purchase.

      I absolutely am 100% satisfied with Hexclad. Ive had them about 5 years now and even bought my aunt a set. Their customer service is super , user friendly contact and resolve. The warranty is great. A couple items ended up wearing in the non stick but they were replaced immediately and have done just fine! Im completely satisfied and look forward to adding all new pieces for a complete collection.

      I bought a 13 piece set 4 years ago from their website. My wife uses them on a daily basis. She loves it that the product reaches the expectation. Non stick as promised and what is most important for us.... Safe for our health. One pan that she used for the past 4 years developed a small issue due to intense usage, something with the coating. I am amazed by the professionalism of the representative that assisted me with my issues in an extremely fast manner. I also love that the HexClad team is so professional. To be honest, I was worried, thinking they will try to find different schemes to avoid using my warranty, but it was one of the most pleasant experience I ever had. Once again, thank you so so much!

      I had one frying pan that had scratches on it . I notified Hexclad by email at like 630 pm eastern time . I received almost an immediate response asking for additional information which I submitted. Within minutes I received an answer that the pan would be replaced . Excellent customer service all around .
