I am doing this business for 26 years in ********* area as a minority, and leased the office 4 different location time to time. I am struggle with this location after we move during Pandemic. From the beginning of the day, the lady, ********************* didn't keep the day we supposed to move in. She didn't prepare us to move(didn't finish painting, and carpeting), so we have to cancel the truck and moving company and our employee, without giving us in advanced notice, and we couldn't open our center for about a month.Now, it's a third year with them(I contract 5 years), all of sudden they charge the CAM(2022: $13.98, 2023: $159.13) and I asked her why and she emailed me this:"We are seeing larger than normal spikes in services due to inflation and labor rates rising. We try to keep our costs low without jeopardizing service quality, however this is the nature of the economy and services that we are required to provide to have the building running properly and to tenant standards."I never had these experiences with other landlords even in 2008 of big impact from IMF.I thought this is not fair to charge to the tenant because every one is suffering in this time of inflation. And I am having struggles to survive in these times too.So we requested for to communicate about this, and during these conversations, she charged me a late fee....I spoke with them to get an help, but nothing work. This morning I got a phone call from *********************, said I have to pay it right away, otherwise she will move on the next step. I was trembled and nervous about it and I could not breath, and too much anxiety make me can't focus of my work any more. We are having very tight budget these days.I am attaching the last year and this years of Operating Expense Estimate from the company. If you see those years, there are not much changes to jump CAM charges more than 10 times. Please help me.***************
