1 startook my car in on Jan 20th for a diagnostic test which should only be 3 days. They had my car for 5 days before hearing from them. Asked for a rental car and they said they could give one and failed to. They said the noise was from an after market battery not being installed correctly so they fixed that. They said my water pump has a leak which was covered under warranty so they fixed that. I picked my car up 2 weeks later, it sounded like something went wrong during the replacement of the water pump as my car was now making a weird loud new noise. My car was quiet before. Did not hear any noise when the car was turned on. It now sounds like a turbo jet. I took it right back. They said since I was dropping it off on Saturday I would have to wait 1-3 days for a whole new diagnostic test from Monday. Fine, I waited. I asked for a rental once again. I was finally able to get a rental car on Feb 8th. They kept my car this entire time only to tell me there is no noise and no findings. I was told I need to take the car on a test drive with the mechanic to tell them what the issue was. I was told I can go in M-F 8-4 and weekends 9-2. I picked Friday at 12 pm and they said the mechanic was only there 10 am that day. I asked for 12 Monday and they declined. They said since I couldn't come in at 10 that Friday, I had to bring the loaner vehicle back by the next day. I picked up my car the next day Feb 14th, the under dash panel was missing and exposing wires and my car was scratched. I have not been able to drive my car and having to take it to another dealership to fix what they damaged. They are refusing to help replace the missing panel they lost regardless of acknowledging the missing part and photographing it. The service manager has not responded to my phone calls, voicemails or email. I should not have to replace the missing item they lost! Forget about my car getting scratched while in their care. I will not allow them to work on the damages after this experience.Review fromDonna H

1 starongoing issues since purchasing a brand-new 2018 *** ******* from their dealership. We have experienced persistent and serious mechanical problems.Vehicle exhibits an unusually high rate of oil consumption, necessitating frequent refills despite adherence to regular maintenance schedules and checks for leaks. Issue has caused significant and undue financial burdens, compelled to purchase oil on a monthly basis. We are engaged in a 1,000-mile oil consumption test with *** to determine whether the engine requires replacement. However, ***s lack of communication has made it difficult to comply with the requirements of this test. We are prohibited from driving the vehicle beyond ***** miles without bringing it in for testing, we struggle to obtain any response from *** when trying to schedule appointments. Four months ago, the vehicle suffered a complete loss of power. We spent $400 on a new battery and professional assistance to regain access to the vehicle, we managed to transport it to the dealership. *** retained the vehicle for three months before resolving the issue. When it was returned to us was disgusting and missing chrome trim from one side of the car. The dealership reviewed footage to verify the condition in which the vehicle was brought in, only to later acknowledge that the trim had been removed and not reattached. Dealership ordered the wrong parts, requiring us to return to fix it. These errors and the extended timeframe has imposed substantial burdens on our lives, consuming time and additional transportation costs.I opened a case ***************** Case several months ago and was assured there would be a resolution. I consistently followed up. However, ************* has ceased communication. This process has been characterized by delays, excuses, and a troubling lack of transparency. Such treatment is unacceptable. Vehicles unreliability has created additional expenses for alternative transportation, resulting in undue hardship. Worse purchase everReview fromDeon s

1 starA car experience I've never experienced EVER!!Selected car, test drove, selected features, ***************** date is black Friday 2023)Go inside come to a great deal(happy with the numbers)I tell them I'm pre-approved with my credit union..they're like great(after a bit of pressure to go through their financing)We ring the bell indicating a new car purchase..Within 10 minutes after, they tell me WE SOLD THE *** TO SOMEONE ELSE But let us show you a cheaper Sportage non hybrid and less features that you can have at the same price. NEVER IN MY *** SHOPPING EXPERIENCE HAS THIS EVER HAPPENED. I thought what kind of bait and switch scam is this...all the while other patrons are congratulating me on the purchase I SAY TO THEM THEY SOLD THE ***, their particular sales person hears their response runs into the office (the little *************) and says he's telling people what just happened and I followed behind him and said it's the truth..From that point ask for me keys(my other vehicle was being traded)I lost all trust in there business, I DONT BELIEVE YOU TAKE ME THROUGH THAT WHOLE PROCESS TO TELL ME THE *** HAS BEEN SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE.This felt scamish as though they were trying to sell me anything vs what I test drove, selected features and agreed on. 1 starBy far the worst experience I've had with ANY dealership. **** is a manager and I'm not sure how she got into that position. There are laws to what you say when it comes to running credit. **** made it seem like I would be running my credit with just *** so they could hold the vehicle, but instead I'm getting calls from different companies that aren't related to ***. She told me it would be 41k for a sportage hybrid ex model, so I said I would have to speak with my wife. Once we both decided that was ridiculous I called other ***s and they told me they could not see my credit because I did it on the **** website instead of the actual *** website. I'm assuming they partner with a company and get money from that company if a deal closes. I told her before all this that I had Schools First ************* so I don't know what the point of running my credit with other companies was for ? So far this other dealership is working with me a lot better than **** did and as long as they don't lie I'll probably be closing with them. If I get another bad experience I'll be choosing the RAV4 hybrid. I hope to get her investigated for lying about how my credit would be ran when i input the information.Review fromLupe G

1 starI purchased a vehicle from this location in June of 2022. The vehicle was a lemon (a whole other story) . But, my experience from the purchase and return process at this location was horrible. In the middle of the process I reached out to this dealer because I was instructed by *** corporate to receive a prorated refund on their pre installed 3 year ************** and CILA Jet product. I called numerous times and left multiple messages that were never returned. Once I believe they got tired of me calling to speak to someone they asked what my question was . I was told the day the vehicle is surrendered to come in and speak with the finance manager to coordinate my prorated refund. Again, I did as instructed. On the morning of the vehicle surrender I was told they would not refund a 3 year product when the vehicle was no longer in my possession. This dealership will charge the next person the full price and double dip on the fee. Do not trust them.Review fromMarc G

1 starThieves. Will commit to a deal over the phone then refuse to honor the deal in person. Good luck if you need anything after you leave. They will ignore you. They claimed they would fedex all my paperwork the next day. Ive been trying for a month to get it.Review fromdria r

1 starI experienced the worst customer service I have ever received at this location.
I had an 8 a.m. appointment, and no one greeted me when I arrived or asked if I needed help. I stood at the desk of a young lady in the service area for over 20 minutes and she literally did not even acknowledge me. After a while I went through the intake process. I was only there for a vehicle recall issue, and was told an inspection was complimentary. Unfortunately, this took my entire day. I'm unclear as to why this was not properly communicated. Instead I was repeatedly lied to and told my vehicle was almost ready, causing me to unnecessarily miss the entire day of work.
At noon (four hours in) I ask for an update and I'm told that the manager told them to stop working on my vehicle to prioritize another one, but that mine would be ready in 20 minutes. Two hours pass. I ask for an update and now I'm told the worker is at lunch. At this point, six hours in, the disrespect is just blatant.
Around 3 p.m. I finally see my vehicle. The service advisor Manuel Miramontes just tells me to sign something, without explaining the service recommendations the inspection found. He huffs and says, "It's on the paper." But this is not the worst part. I go out to my vehicle to find that the workers have literally trashed my car. They took clean items that were in the middle console, essential items such as face masks and cloths that I used to clean my eyeglasses, and they dirtied them and left them on the passenger **** floor. A customer goes to a car dealership with an expectation that they will receive a professional caliber of service instead my car was literally trashed. That is beyond disrespectful.
The sheer volume of negative reviews on Google and Yelp warn potential customers before they ever set foot in the door that appalling customer service is an ongoing problem at this location. Unfortunately, since it was a recall, I did not have the choice to get serviced anywhere else.
