North county *** sold my daughter a faulty car that is also now considered a lemon law car 2022 *** ***** The charging port blew up and all the wires melted inside while she was in the car. This happened in August 2024 and *** has refused to help us. We have hundreds of emails and calls to them. Our names are ******* ******** and ******* ********, we have been in an ongoing dispute with *** Corporate America regarding a 2022 Niro EV vehicle we had originally leased with both our attached credit for a 3 year agreement with the hopes of purchasing the car. While the car had outstanding issues that set it apart as defective, an example being needing a full set of new tires one month into the lease, we had reached out in order to be reimbursed for such issues to which *** agreed In August, 3 months prior to our lease the car had complete battery failure, the charging port blew up and a tow was needed to which we went directly to *** as instructed by our lease agreement to get the car towed free of charge. The tow was cancelled 3 hours after it was called, and we were assured that in calling a tow financed ourselves we would be completely reimbursed on top of the already pending reimbursement for the tires. The car was taken to the nearest *** ********* and from August to early November we received little to no update. During this time, the car had been completely paid off from the charges due to the lease agreement and no bills were sent conveying any outstanding charges. However in March, *** sent for the car to be repossessed from ******* resident in her college town without any indication that any outstanding charges were needed. We were in an active case to which *** neglected to resolve, their negligence in this is why the car purchase was delayed despite our very clear communication otherwise. This has now taken an effect on both individuals credit scores, despite there again being no communicated outstanding charges to which there would be late payments for.

***************** agents told me I was getting a refund for the last 45 days, they then sent a payment back to the dealer I already filed fraud claim charges against.Their agents talk over their customers, repeat the same stuff, are no help and are dishonest. The offered me $200 after promising me $1500. *** bought ******* in card the last ten years and Ill never be doing business with this bank again, or allowing my family and friends to use them. Its a shame a simple lie and a few agents who couldnt be quiet could lose you this business. Hope its worth it.

I leased a 2025 *** **** in October of 2024. Great experience and loved the car. Planned to continue leasing ***s every 3 years. I was given a welcome to the *** family packet with an account #, I proceeded to make payments every month to this account number. Feb 12 my car was repossessed from my driveway. Apparently a new account was created when I went in to sign additional paperwork. Same VIN, same ssn, different account numbers. I didnt receive any info about the new account. The second account was the account I was supposed to be making payments to. I had letters from *** I thought were monthly statements and did not open - they were checks being refunded. Because I had no idea there was a second account, the payment was accepted to *** finance every month. I take responsibility for not opening my mail and being disorganized. This error cost me about $1,000 and *** wasnt willing to accept any responsibility. I had no emails, texts or voicemails that my car was in danger of repossession. They deemed it a valid repo - even though I could prove I made payments every month to act # I was given when vehicle was leased. They charged a $500 repo fee along with other service fees to get the car back. I of course also had to pay the repo places fee. I will never lease another *** and cant wait until this lease is over. The dealership did nothing to help and placed all blame on the mixup on *** ******** This also has affected my credit score even though payments were being made to account number I was given.

We recently discovered that *** ********************** made negative reports to the credit bureaus that were fraudulent. - I leased a ************ on July 5, 2016. It was a three-year lease for ****** miles. VIN #*****************. We took good care of the vehicle and handed it in on July 5, 2019. We were never late on our payments. At the time of return, we had paid all monthly payments and owed $0. We all walked around the car with the *** dealership representative and it was determined to be in excellent shape. We all noted that it only had ****** miles on it, much less than the anticipated ****** miles on the lease agreement.- On September 7, 2019 we received a letter from *** ******* that they were assessing us an excessive wear and use fee in the amount of $400 + $40 of taxes. We called the dealership and immediately argued that we would not agree to this as the car had been in excellent shape and was under the expected mileage by a large amount. Proven through ******, the Pittsburgh South Hills dealership took ownership and resold the vehicle within two weeks so it was not damaged and was quickly sold. - After two months of back and forth, we settled on paying $232.00 to have it over with although the fee was unwarranted and simply a way to punish us for not purchasing another ***.We recently learned that *** reported us to the credit unions that we were 30 days late in payments in August and September 2019, but we didn't own the car and the first letter we have about the fee was dated September 7, 2019 and due September 22, 2019. They also marked us ******************************************************************* dispute and paid it in early November. This negatively impacted our credit when we were NEVER late on payments. When I called **** the representative was rude, combative and wouldn't help us fix the credit reporting errors. We would like *** to correct the reporting and remove the notes that say we were late. We were not!

I have contacted contacted *********** through their customer care number regarding disaster relief assistance due to the devastating California wildfires in *****************. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely frustrating. I called multiple times, and each time, the customer service agents led me in circles without providing any real help. I specifically requested to speak with a supervisor, and I was repeatedly left on hold for over 30 minutes. When the agents returned, they claimed I did not qualify for assistance because the address on file does not match the designated fire zone areas. I clearly explained that I do not work from home, and I fail to understand how my listed address impacts my eligibility for relief.Furthermore, when I finally spoke to a supervisor, who was both unhelpful and rude, I was told that I would need to make two additional payments to qualify for a payment deferral. This approach makes absolutely no sense given the circumstances I am facing. At no point did I receive any empathy or support for my situation. When I requested identifying information so I could file a formal complaint, the supervisor rudely informed me that such information is private. He only provided his first name, ******, and dismissed my concerns, stating that it would not matter if I made a complaint since he is the one who handles them. This experience has been entirely unacceptable, and I expect a proper resolution and acknowledgment of the distress I am currently enduring.

I had autopay setup and it said it didnt go through and my account was past due so pay now, I went and made the payment they claimed didnt go through. Monday morning comes around and they pulled the payment I made and the autopay payment they claimed failed. I asked how this couldve happen and they said my account was never past due even though I got an email and an alert on my account stating it was past due and to pay it now, they also stated they can only refund me by check only which can take up to 15 days & if I was to do that option Id be responsible for paying them for next month as well - which makes no sense to me to do because, Id be waiting half a month for my refund just to give it back to them in next months payment. The autopay system is broken & alerts you of past due payments and you will face penalties you dont pay it now but when you do they double charge you. Charged me $900 in ONE month and my only options are wait half a month for a check in the mail or put the additional payment they took from me towards next month. Doesnt make sense why they cant refund directly to the account that they pull the autopay from.

I have made on-time payments since leasing both of my KIAs. I set up automatic payment at the dealership before leaving with the lease. About a month ago, I got a notice through my credit report service I had a payment that was 30 days past due(I have no late payment or derogatory information on my credit report). I immediately contacted *** and they were extremely rude and said we need to pay for taxes from the state. I dont disagree with that, but there was zero notice that was mailed, or emailed to me or my wife. My wife did call *** and talked to them saying we would be getting taxes soon, and was informed while the military portion to lower the taxes was processed if we made the car payment, we would be fine. Instead, they took the payment for the car and applied it to the taxes without telling us taxes would be assessed. I immediately paid the amount because we had the money set aside, but again no notice was assessed through **** No bill, no phone call, no email... nothing. I demand this get removed from my and my wife's credit reports. This is a last ditch effort before further legal action is taken.

My car was totaled, and my finance company was *** motor finance, they allowed me to make monthly payment after that without collecting the overdue balance, then without any attempts they reported a charge off on my credit report, when i contacted them, they said once you make the payment, we will remove it , payment was completed but the charge off was not taking out.they have made 0 attempt to collect the balance prior to reporting the charge off balance.they are stating that they send me a mail but i have not received anything.i have also tried to call them couple times and asked for a manager but no one has called me back.
