    On 04/18/23 I had a CT Scan and I paid $315.50. My insurance determined that the cost should have been $229.49.I am due a refund of $86.04.On 4/21/23 , I had an *** and paid $425. My insurance has also paid Shin Imagining 100% of the claim. I am due a refund of $425.I have made more than 20 attempts to call and email **** Imagining.They do not return voicemails and do not respond to emails. I have talked to *****, ******, ******** and ******, who always send me to The voicemail of the manager , *******. *** talked to her 4-5 times and have been asked to repeat my issue. My last conversation with her was on 9/12/23, I was told that she was going to email them to see if a check has been sent. I have been unable to get confirmation on who they are.*** called and emailed trying get ahold of someone to get me a status update on my refund and i am either unable to get a live person and when I do I am asked to leave a Voicemail for ******* who never returns calls. I have provided EOBs three times and have been told that a check will be sent but have yet to receive anything.07/21/23 Spoke to ******* - Team Lead handling the *** claim reprocess. 07/27/23 Spoke to ***** to check status. Was told she is unable to help but she transferred me to ******* voicemail.08/02/23 spoke to ******* She sent another email to them , Im assuming 3rd party claims department to request status.09/05/23 - called billing department and No answer. Left a VM 09/07/23 Called and was told ******* just stepped into a meeting to leave a VM.9/11/23 Spoke with ****** and was asked to leave a message for ******* 09/12 Spoke with ******* Called and was told ******* is Not available, but need to leave a VM. Called 9/12 Spoke with *******, she is going to email them to check on the reimbursement of $511.04 09/29, 10/02 , 10/04, and 10/09- called billing department . No answer. Left VM. Have also sent many emails that go unanswered.
