Completed telehealth visit for "unbranded" medication on 5/11/23. Paid $249.00 in full at the time of signing up for visit. There was no indication on website or in discussion with provider of any delay with medication. I specifically asked this and was advised no because they have their own pharmacy they use. To date, I have still NOT received my medication OR tracking info. Reached out to company on May 12 after seeing they placed a new "update" note on their website abt delays in meds. I requested a full refund immediately, as they could not provide my meds as agreed upon. When I received a response the next day, the representative claimed the meds had now "shipped" and would arrive within 10 business days. I have requested tracking/shipping info but company refuses to provide any. I simply want my full refund of $249.00 credited to my credit card, or I intend to reach out to the **** medical licensing board and my **** ************************* for this fraudulent Healthcare they claim to provide. I have the right to receive tracking info to be assured they have actually sent the medication as they claim. If tracking info is provided that demonstrates it was shipped out on 5/12, as they claim, I would accept that resolution. The email I have from them indicates it would arrive within 10 days of my appt, which would be Sunday, 2 days from now. Deliveries do not occur on Sundays.Initial Complaint

I made an appointment to get a drug that keeps me from using drugs over r weeks ago. I waited two weeks to see the doctor. Then they rescheduled for a week later. I waited but no one called me that day either. So a day later it was rescheduled for 2 more days later. Finally spoke to the doctor and had my meds called into the pharmacy. ***************** would t pay unless doctor called in a Prior Authorization. 7 days later they called one in but it doesn't contain the information that the insurance requires and they won't fix the problem. Without insurance $600 with insurance $15. They sent me a coupon that said I can get the script for $229 so I sold my tv and stuff and the dang coupon was no good. The bin number was no good. All they have to do is call my insurance company and the problem will be solved. I have sent dozens of request to quick md. The pharmacy has sent request the insurance company has sent request. You cannot talk to anyone on the phone there either. There is no way to speak to anyone. Please helpe gety meds. They refuse to help.Initial Complaint

This company exploits overweight patients trying to get new weight loss drugs by writing prescriptions for the drugs. Knowing full well insurance companies will deny the requests for prescriptions such as ******************* companies will only fill this drug for diabetic patients and never solely for weight loss. This company is charging patients ***** for the phone consultation cashing in knowing the problem insurance companys have filling this drug for weight loss. December 13th I was billed twice for an appointment. I asked the Dr and he said he didn't deal.with billing bur he would put note in my file. I sent in 3 requests on the website because there is no way to speak to anyone over the phone. Never got a response. So I got my credit card statement and disputed one of the charges. Then 2 days later I got a s***** email from quickmd that was threatening to put the charge on my credit and ban me from using the service. I emailed back and forth about 20 times trying to make them understand I only had one appointment not 2. So they finally said ok they wouldn't ban but if I did another chargeback I would be banned. But they never answered if they would refund my money or if I could use it toward the next ****. So I let the chargeback continue. Well they sent in paperwork to my credit card showing I had a dr **** with them so my CC put the charge back on my account. I called my CC and explained the situation so my CC took the charge back off and told them to produce proof of 2 ****s. Then I was booking another appointment with quickmd but in meantime they got notice that the charge was being disputed so they told me my appointment that was set for 2 days later was being cancelled and I was banned from their services forever. So I emailed back and forth and finally I said well are you refunding the money for the newest charge. They told me no that goes towards the appointment I disputed in december. So basically a company can cancel your appointment and just decide to keep your money.Initial Complaint

I made an *********** and paid $75 for a doctor's *********** on March 9, 2023. During the ***********, we discussed and agreed upon a medical treatment plan that included prescription drugs. The prescription drug required a prior authorization to be submitted by the physician to my insurance company. This prior authorization was never submitted by the physician to my insurance company. I contacted customer service on 3/9/23 and 3/20/23 and received no response on both occasions. It is now appropriate to provide me a refund of my $75 fee because neither the physician nor the company have fulfilled their requirements that are due for the monies paid.Initial Complaint

I had a telehealth visit with Dr. ***** 3.23.23 to discuss weight loss medications. I was prescribed ozempic, which required a prior authorization. When the prior authorization was sent to insurance, my insurance would not approve because I dont have a diagnosis of diabetes. I messaged support and requested a prescription for wegovy (same generic as ozempic). I have sent multiple requests to QuickMD through their app requesting the new priori authorization be completed and sent or they call my insurance for prior authorization approval. There is no response and my tickets are being canceled and comments added to original submission. I would like either my money back (provider stated there was no issue with filling out PA form or prescribing alternative medication if insurance didnt approve first med), or for them to complete the PA form for wegovy.Initial Complaint

I paid over $400 to get a Dr ******* and medications 0n 16th. They said 5 days and medication would be mailed. Ive sent at least 5 messages and emails stating Ive not heard a thing since I spoke to the Dr. *** he even was a Dr) I called the number on the web page but that does nothing. I scheduled a telemed appt with *************** and was on the phone 3 minutes tops. At that point he took my pharmacy information and assured me he had phoned in my Rx for Ozempic. It was not sent to the pharmacy. Never was. No one will respond on chat nor by phone to understand what is going on. I have charged back with Amex due to the fact that they did not provide service. They sent me a threatening letter indicating that they are going to report me to Equifax despite the fact that they are not an authorized Data Furnisher to Equifax. Basically I've been going to them for about 4 years because I can't afford the doctors that are here ********* everything was great at first then I started noticing that the pharmacies Wakefield my medicine now because I'm allergic to niloxin I have a hard time finding another doctor *** actual company the x index or the quick MD is what took my money and has not paid it back they said that they kicked me off due to chargebacks I've been there 4 years it was the first chargeback I've ever had last month because they would not paying the money back after refusing to see me due to the pharmacy's not feeling because of their address now I don't know who's on the other end of quick MD but I know I never get to talk to anybody physical other than the doctor *** doctors are great *********** quick md is not they think we're just addicts well I've been cleaned 10 years I have my own place that I don't rent I pay my bills and I'm 42 years old I know what acts like it life is I've seen it on the streets and I'm telling you quick MD able to kick a certain patient off because they don't like the way they did something.
