everytime i use this service there has been a problem with getting the care that im paying for. I always have to follow up with the company because they are not following through with what they claim they are doing. This always ends up taking up my whole day and when you are paying for the service you expect it to be a one and done. If you have to follow up and make sure they are fulfilling their side of the deal is it really fair for them to keep charging for the service?Initial Complaint

I had two appointments with two different ******s. The 1st was not licensed in the state im in, so the appointment was canceled and they only gave a refund of 69 dollars when the full fee was 100 dollars. The second ****** wasn't willing to listen to why I was seeking medical help, so I ended the appointment. They have yet to refund this money. I had a great experience with one of their physicians the first time I used their services and went back to him, but he wasn't available on the day I needed services so I saw these two. I feel its unfair not to refund the full amount when no services were rendered.Initial Complaint

I placed an order through QuickMD for compounded *********** 2.5mg weekly for 10 weeks, following a consultation with a licensed provider through their platform. Instead, I received Wegovy 2.4mg for only 4 weeksa different medication and dosage than what was discussed, prescribed, and paid for.I immediately contacted QuickMD customer service to correct the issue. Rather than resolve it, they have stalled the process by imposing irrelevant requirements, such as asking for a video of medication disposal, while failing to fulfill the correct order or take accountability for the mistake. This has caused an unnecessary delay in a time-sensitive, medically prescribed treatment. Given that *********** impacts blood glucose regulation, the delay and improper dosing present a serious risk to patient safety. This is not just a customer service failureit reflects unethical and unsafe medical handling.I am requesting:1.Immediate fulfillment of the original compounded prescription for 2.5mg weekly for 10 weeks, at no additional cost.2.An end to procedural roadblocks unrelated to the resolution of the fulfillment error. If the issue is not addressed promptly, I intend to file a formal complaint with the Georgia Composite Medical Board, the *************************, and submit a dispute with my bank for non-fulfillment of medical services.Initial Complaint

I've been on ******** for over a year. When I had my appointment I told him that I would be out of medicine on the 4th. Meaning my last dose is the 3rd. I call the pharmacy ad they said " oh he wrote that you can't fill it until after the 4th". Ok first of all that means that today (the 5th) is my second day of no medicine. It should have been able to be filled like any other controlled prescription, the day before you run out. Not 2 days after. Now I'm at the pharmacy they're filling my prescription only to pull me aside and tell me they can't fill it. The doctors address and *** number don't match. Now online it shows this doctor does ***** appointments a day. How is this Not an issue already addressed. And of course the worst part. There is no customer service number. So I've sent 2 messages through the app and yet here it is one hour before my pharmacy closes and I've gotten no response. So it looks like I'm working again tomorrow without my medicine. Let me go ahead say I haven't used illegal substances in years. I was on methadone for 12 years and now ********. My receptors are ruined and I've been told I'll probably be on these types of medicines the rest of my life. But what I won't be doing is using QuickMD againInitial Complaint

Quick Med Diagnostics is trying to charge me for Covid tests from May 7, 2021. Not only did they fail to bill insurance within a reasonable time (2+ years), they are illegally trying to charge me for services that were free under the CARES Act. All Covid tests during that period of time were free due to federal mandate. The *********** provider used for the test was Sameday Health. They used Quick Med Diagnostics for their lab services. The health care provider (Sameday) explicitly told me (I have it in writing) that:"Due to the CARES Act you may receive an Explanation of Benefits which may be mistaken for a bill. **** if your insurer denies our claim, Sameday will never bill you." Additionally, I also already paid them even if I wasn't obligated to. I paid $75.00, the day of service, in person. I also paid an additional payment of $126.33, after I received the message below in 2021:"Hi *****, This is your Sameday Health Team. We have just received communication from your insurer that they are directly sending you a payment destined for Sameday. This is not a bill. Once you've deposited the check, to complete your payment remittance to Sameday please follow this link: *************************? code=RDY948481"So at this point, I have paid them $201.33 for Covid tests, which I shouldn't have even had to pay at all (due to the CARES Act). And now they are coming back many years later trying to fraudulent charge me an additional $500.I followed up with Blue Shield a little over a month ago to get this settled and they looked at the issue, re-processed it, and sent me and the healthcare provider a new EOB/letter stating that I would not be responsible for any more charges pertaining to that visit. The reference number for that call with Blue Shield was ************ I am still being harassed for payment and this is illegal. This is fraudulent billing. I have attached all the documentation.Initial Complaint

I was reaching out to see if the BBB can help others on saving their money and letting the public know how they treat customers. Ive ask many times for a phone call from them and all I get is a email. Their physician is very unprofessional and rude. I was rejected a prescription refill for tomorrow April 13, 2025. The ** was rude from the start and deliberately hung up on me.Initial Complaint

This is a scam doctor app where they charge you for appointments for a doctor that never calls and refuses to refund the money. Then they keep charging your card for "appointments" and there is no one to respond to or refuse chargesInitial Complaint

I paid $99 to schedule an appointment with Doctor ******* ** MO at 6:40 this morning via teleconference. I logged into the app at 6:30 checked into my appointment and awaited his call. He called at exactly 640 letting it ring half of a ring and as I pressed the answer button, he immediately hung up and never tried calling back. Because I sat there on the app thinking something had messed up on their end because I knew for a fact, I did everything I was supposed to correctly and went through the steps, so it was nothing wrong on my end . So I waited patiently 10 minutes for him to call me back and he never did . It is trying to get me to pay another $99 and book another appointment. I tried reaching out to their customer service phone number, but you cant talk to anyone other than email. So I sent multiple emails explaining my issue and asking that they please either credit me a new visit with a doctor that will actually call me or give me a full refund. They said they marked my appointment as missed and charged me at $35 missed appointment fee and that they could credit me the rest of my money to book another appointment. I explained that I did not miss my appointment and I followed all the directions to a T. This error was on the doctors end so I shouldnt be charged for their mistake. They are refusing full refund or credit for another doctor visit. This is obviously a scam and a way to get peoples money by calling and only letting it ring half of a ring to make it look like it is the patient fault and they missed the appointment to be able to charge $35 missed appointment fee and make you pay another $99 to reschedule another appointment. Im just completely devastated because I scraped together the very last of my money to pay for this visit and dont have money to pay for another one. Thats why I was early on the app and made sure I DID EVERYTHING CORRECTLY because I literally COULDNT afford to miss or mess this up!
