    I made an appointment on 4/13/24 to see the doctor at 10:10 pm the doctor did not show up for the appointment until an hour after the initial appointment now if it was me who missed the appointment time quickmd wants to charge people $20 fee so the doctor called me hung up on me 4 times until finally he says oh I can hear you I was on the phone with him for 1 minuet and 4 seconds he told me he was sending over my prescription now and that my prescription would be ready for me at my pharmacy 1st thing sunday morning well that wasn't the case I contacted support all day sunday to be told we have contacted the doctor and we will let you know as soon as we hear something from the doctor regarding your prescription well did not hear nothing else all day sunday now going on Monday its 8:10pm and I emailed support all day again today for them to tell me the same thing after they got paid there money i mean all I want is for them to call in my prescription I was told I was getting and that I paid them for, I want them to send it in for me thats all and I shouldn't have to wait 3 days for a prescription when they already gotten paid the doctor is on the website all day today for appointments and your telling me they cant get ahold of the doctor about sending my prescription in to my pharmacy I have used them for the last year and never have had any issues and I cant just go with out my meds like that. It is very dangerous and its crazy that they are quick to charge Patients for missed appointments and everything else but I have been blown off for almost 3 days when I paid I was on time and I did my part but they did not follow through on their part at all and I think its very unprofessional and I just want my script called in and I think because of all the nonsense they need to give me a free appointment upon my next visit or half off or something this is nonsense and unprofessional and I just want something done about this incident. Thank you

    Beware of loading money on your digital wallet on the QuickMD app. They operate like those older cheap gift card policies and if you leave money sitting on your digital wallet for your next appointment they will take it from you within 6 months and you lose it. They say it's to provide fairness and consistency to all patients. What is fair about taking a credit left on somebody's digital wallet? Who exactly in that transaction is receiving fairness? A wallet tab on the app indicates you can put money in it and leave it in there until you need to spend it. A fair policy would be to communicate to the patient they are about to lose their money in their wallet and provide them with the opportunity to use the service rather than having their money taken. QuickMD could achieve the same patient consistency by NOT taking the money from patient's wallets after 6 months. It's obvious this policy is about nothing more than profits and borderline theft in my opinion and it's the last thing our healthcare system needs. SHAME ON YOU QuickMD for taking advantage of your patients. Bad policies can always be changed.

    I was charged twice for one refill visit with quickMd. I have been customers for close to 2 years and NEVER have an issue until now. All im asking for is to be credited the $99 for the first appointment because it never occurred on 3/14/2024. The second appointment I talked to the doctor and everything went great as normal. I visit this site one a month and if they would like to credit me for ***** that would be great. Not asking for the refund to my card.

    Date: 10/31/2023 -Virtual Appointment for Ozempic Prescription -Ozempic being sent from a Canadian Pharmacy. -Received a delivered notification of the medication while I was at work and stated it was signed for by me, which was impossible as I work from 9am-6pm. -Did not receive the medication. -There is no telephone number to actually speak with a human, therefore I emailed the company on 11/10/23, 11/12/23, 11/13/23, 11/14/23, and 01/22/24. Received the same email that there is nothing they can do and they will not issue a refund and to contact the postal service. Postal service cannot investigate medication and was directed to contact the shipper. -No Solutions, therefore I am out of $579 and no product. -I never received the medication. -A lot of complaints online about getting scammed from this company.Tracking #Info: ET028107695CA

    I learned about the Quick MD app today and scheduled an appointment. I waited for the doctor to call me and the doctor did not call me any time near my original schedule appointment. After the appointment was well past the third time I went to reschedule and was charged another $35. I rescheduled with the same doctor. 20 minutes later only for the doctor to show up 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment virtually. I did meet with the doctor the second time and he stated that QuickMD would reimburse me the $35 easily since I had to reschedule due to him not attending. QuickMD also shared that the doctor is waiting for my pharmacy information. However, I dont have any emails from the doctor for this action and I dont have any way to contact him to see if my prior authorization was approved for my insurance that he said he would send in. He also said to follow up in a week on a decision for my insurance. However, I have no way to follow up because he never sent the email. I was charged an extra $35 because the doctor was not in attendance with the first scheduled appointment which is why I scheduled another appointment right after. The $35 was charged because of the doctor not attending the original time. However I am being charged an additional $35 even though I was at the appointment on time. The second appointment that was rescheduled, I was also on time and that is when I was waiting well past 30 minutes of the start time (virtually) for his call. The app suggest that we keep app notifications on and our do not disturb off so that we can get a call from the doctor. I know this because I searched for Appointment issues for the doctor not attending and I followed the directions as stated and then submitted a form to get the $35 reimbursed. They are refusing to reimburse my $35 and I also have not gotten a follow-up email from my doctor. I feel that I have been taking advantage of financially without any answers or even an email confirmation, stating that I did have an action to do or to contact the doctor.

    The company advertises an appointment with a doctor and a suboxone prescription via tele health. ******* pharmacy refused to fill the prescription because the doctors *** license was for ****** not **** which is where I'm located. Quick MD suggested that I give them the info for an alternative pharmacy. I provided the information. My alternative pharmacy never received the prescription. They're customer service is via email. They take hours and hours to respond. When I finally get a response it's almost like it's an automated response. They don't answer any of my questions. The reason I'm reporting this company is the nature of their business. Quick MD treats drug addiction. When someone is seriously seeking help for their addiction They're going to take necessary steps toward recovery. The patient needs to be in full blown withdrawal to take suboxone. They are likely to have already began the withdrawal process. They're very likely to have gotten rid of any remaining opioid drugs and all paraphernalia. That's what I had done. To an addict 24 hours of withdrawal is an eternity. When I was unable to get my prescription that put me at risk to relapse. I tried all day long to get my prescription.I finally called a local clinic and begged to be seen asap. I got the suboxone I needed. That company was reckless with my well being and with my life. If they're going to treat addiction they need to fix their lack of customer service. They also need to prioritize the patient and resolve situations like mine as quickly as they possibly can. Whether an addict gets the help Quick MD advertises to give is vital. Especially now that fentanyl has flooded the market. Addiction treatment isn't something Quick MD should take lightly but they do. They're maybe I'll get around to it later, maybe, is unacceptable. Them treating my risk to relapse like it didn't matter is unacceptable. If they're going to offer addiction treatment they can't be so dismissive and reckless.

    i seen a doctor on 1/29/24 my prescription requires a prior authorization. They were faxed this request per their instructions that day and they emailed me back they received request and would contact me within ***** hrs which has never happened ive emailled over n over i get generic response. when u call they wont connect you to agent. ive called my insurance every day they have received any correspondence from dr ******* this isnt a meddication i can do without ill be very sick!

    I have used QuickMD online for weightloss drugs *** This last time (Nov 2023) however, they were weeks delayed in shipping the *** They had already charged me approx 900 for it and I tried to contact them to let them know I was leaving the country for several weeks and needed a cancellation/refund. It is very difficult to contact them. I could not find a way to speak with a real person and online emails are promptly responded to but are non-responsive (standard replies about "will contact you when shipped". I finally got a real response who said they wouldn't refund but would suspend the shipment until my return. I agreed. But later after I had left the country they said the medicine had shipped and there was nothing they can do. The medicine is only good for 21 days and so it will be unusable when I return. I have contacted repeated and they just say it is against their policy to give refunds.

    Hello I'm just making complaint about one of the support reps ************************ I am prescribed suboxone from quick md and have been for going on 3 years, I have never had any issues, I was contacting regarding an issue with suboxone having a current shortage, my pharmacy and multiple pharmacies in my area have not recieved a shipment in over 2 weeks, I was told they have subutex and to get my doctor to change script, I reached out to support and got *********************** after explaining to her the situation I recieved sarcasm and threats to suspend my account. I have screenshots of the emails and can send them because explaining everything that was said this would be a book, I do not believe this person should be on your team in customer support I feel there was judgements against addicts and lack of understanding and to threaten to suspend my account on a service that provides my life changing medication is just downright evil. My issue has not been resolved and I'm just going to wait it out at this point and hope the medication comes in because now im scared my account is going to be suspended. I know this is going to cause me withdrawals, I hope it dosnt cost me my life. I just inform you guys on the kind of person that works for you, I have nothing but great things to say about a service that offers easy access to life saving medication and have referred many patients I have been clean for over 5 years and I owe alot of it to suboxone and quick md for making it easy, I just wanted to let you know so maybe ****** can get propper training on how to deal with customers.     After two years with QuickMd and using the same pharmacy, I can no longer get my prescription filled. For an entire month I have exchanged pointless emails with them constantly explaining that Ive called all pharmacies in my area and its apparent getting it filled is not an option. Requesting a refund numerous times to be met with more meaningless replies from them. Absolutely ridiculous. Services were not provided for which I paid. I did not pay $99 for a one minute chat with someone on the phone.
