5 starsThis is the second time I have purchased the pendant with free gift. It is beautiful! The quality is excellent and I love the light that comes on when you open the box. The free gift is gorgeous. I got the larger topaz pendant and my girlfriend is going to love it! ***** is her birthstone. There was an issue with the shipping I was out of the country and a signature was required. They were extremely easy to get a hold of and solve my shipping issue they went above and beyond my expectations with service and quality I am a huge fan!Review fromKARMA W

5 starsI included the wrong address for receipt of a very expensive item of jewelry I purchased over the internet. So, I rang the contact number to ensure the correct address was included. The call was received by *********************** who, in a matter of minutes, looked up my purchase details and immediately made the change to the correct address, relieving me of my concern that my purchase could have been sent to the wrong address! What a relief! Thank you, *****, for your prompt action! I now look forward to receiving my order as a surprise gift for my wife on her 65th birthday!Angara.com

5 starsI received my ring today and I am just floored by it. It is SO beautiful and totally what I was looking for. I was a little worried about having a custom ring made as I couldnt see beforehand. The stipulation was that because it was a custom piece, it could not be returned But I am so glad I got over my caution. A customer service person named ******* helped me. She was patient and knowledgable and very responsive. She helped me figure out exactly what I wanted. I am incredibly happy with entire experience I had - from the patient, knowledgeable, assistance, to the stunning, stunning, ring, and the package was SO INCREDIBLY FUN to open! What a presentation! I will be keeping it as an extra jewelry box on my bureau. I will definitely be shopping at Angara again.Angara.com
