    Please do your research and be aware of buying anything from this online Jeweler -Angara. They don't have customer friendly exchange policies, no value provided for pure gold jewelry bought from them and also don't provide third party purity certificate for their jewelry.

    Hello Ruta,Thank you for your email. I have read all the lengthynotes on yourorder. I am so sorry to disappoint you. The rings were purchased December 2024. In accordance withour return policy posted on the website, the rings are not eligible for return or exchange. We post the policies on the website because we never want to surprise our customers. We want you to know what services and courtesies we will provide in relation to our handmade jewelry. I truly wish you had notified us as soon as you put the rings on to say that you did not love them. We wouldhave quickly responded with the option for an exchange or refund. Our goal is to make our customers happy. We do not take back used ********************** becausewe only sellnew jewelry. You purchased a 14k yellow gold woman'sband and an 18K yellow gold man's band.     Please dont buy anything from this company. I spent over $7500 on a sapphire tennis bracelet for my wifes 65th birthday earlier this year. I received it on February 11th, and I am about to send it back to Angara for the 3rd time, because it keeps breaking. ***** ****, who claims he owns part of the company, refuses to refund my money, because I have had the bracelet longer than 30 days, which is their policy. He did offer to give me a store credit, but I have no confidence in this company. This is not the way a reputable jeweler does business. He even blamed my wife for being too rough with the bracelet. The truth is, shes barely had a chance to wear it, because every time we send it back for repairs, it takes a couple of weeks to get it back from them. This last time, they sent us back a bracelet which is different than the sapphire bracelet I originally ordered, basically admitting that the original bracelet was improperly made and wouldnt be functional. When my wife tried to put it on, to wear it for the first time, a piece of the clasp broke off. Buyer beware. Make a better decision about where you spend your money. This company doesnt deliver quality jewelry, and they treat their customers very poorly.Obviously, if I could leave zero stars, I would, but I wanted to make sure this review got posted.

I look at jewelry construction as ---engineering. I feel that the original design of the bracelet you purchased should be re-engineered.     Thank you for your response. We received the bracelet back from you in early July, but we were away on vacation when it arrived. My wife tried it on when we got home in mid July and put it back in the box, because she is basically afraid to wear it. She was told by Mr. ***** in our many phone conversations and text messages, that the reason the bracelet kept breaking was that she was wearing it too much...which was ridiculous, because she barely had the bracelet for any length of time, and she didn't wear it excessively. I cannot understand why Mr. **** would not refund our money, after everything that happened. I also don't know why he told me there was no one else at Angara, that I could talk to about this. We have bought and owned many pieces of jewelry over the last 40 years, and we have never had anything like this, happen. How your company treated us in this situation, was not professional, and did not make us feel valued as customers. It was really obvious that you were going to keep our money, no matter how many issues we had with the bracelet. At this point, all I can really do, is warn other potential customers, about what I experienced with ********************. We feel taken advantage of, and we are sorry that we trusted your company with our business.

    Anagara Jewelry is unmatched! My husband purchase the princess cut diamond for our 15th wedding anniversary. It is beyond my expectations. The ring is definitely eye catching. Women are green with envy! The customer service is wonderful, helpful and patient! Now stop reading this and go order from Angara Jewelry. You won't regret it! God bless you abundantly!

    I purchased a sapphire engagement ring from Angara and we are so pleased with the company!!! I had to return the ring because I wanted the stone lighter than it was and the customer service was top notch!!! They emailed me almost everyday to resolve my issue and to keep me updated on the process.     I bought a ring from Angara several years ago. I lost a small diamond in the ring and called just to see how I could get that replaced. I didnt have my order number because of the time elapsed, so was only able to provide basic information on the order. I called in and talked with Ankit, and he did an amazing job. He even had to look my order up in the archive files because of how long it had been. Their customer service, follow up, and willingness to assist in the process was second to none. Ive dealt with a lot of customer service situations in my life, and this has to be one of the best experiences I have ever had. Ankit walked me through the process, and the company stood by all their guarantees, even after such a long elapsed period of time. I dont think Id look anywhere else for future jewelry purchases, and even requested information on other jewelry products. I cant recommend Angara enough. I normally dont write reviews, but this one is well deserved and well earned. Thank you, Angara and Ankit!
