    Like so many others used the phone look up because I had lost my phone. The only information the service provided was the location my phone was usually used at, my own home. Their service they said they could provide they could not deliver. I cancelled the service then and didnt worry about it. Three months later my wife asks me what this charge is on our credit card and I learned that they had signed me up for an email search at the same time with out me requesting it. Contacted them requesting a refund for the past 3 months, they said they would not refund the chargers but have cancelled the email search service. I am disputing the charges to my credit card. Do not even try this service because it doesnt do what they say it can and they sign you up for other services without you knowing.

    ************************** is a fake fraudulent site. I canceled before their free trial period ended and I still got billed for 5 months now, they took a total of a little over $125 from me. I emailed them and they told me that I cancelled the phone search but my email search was still active. There was no indication that I would need multiple subscriptions to use **************************. When i first signed up I realized it's based in the **, I'm in ****** and so I cancelled them asap. Their website clearly states that if I cancel before the end of the free trial I will not be charged. I signed up for only one subscription, not two. This fraudulent company needs to be investigated on fraud charges.

    If I could I would a give 0 star. Its partially my mistake to sign up for this scam website ,I lost my phone well I though I lost it but after I signed up for the free trial $1 for a week and two reports $0.50 cents each I realised made a mistake! I immediately try to cancel my free trial and guess what! the emails "automated" i received has no meaning , another word the links that suppose to be there for you to cancel your trial and/or membership does not exist! and yes there are no phone numbers to call only support@ and I m sure thats a BOT! I did escalte this to ReportFroud.ftc.gov and to my bank! .stay away from this website!

    Had a similar instance but they replied to my email within minutes and initiated a refund which I can confirm I did receive, so they must have heard y'all because September 2024 I give them 5 stars!!

    Do not give this website your information my bank has had to block them numerous times and once in a while they will sneak a charge in and they are all different numbers. Ones 16$ others have been 40$ or 24$. This websites provides information you can look up yourself for free. They lie about their services and what they provide and when you cancel your trial it never cancels they just keep charging you. This site should be taken down !
