I have been charged by SeekHD 50 cents a day since July 8th after informing them I can not access my account to cancel my subscription. There site will not send me the password reset email to access my account due to my password not working. I have sent ************************** several emails reporting this problem and how I wish to cancel and no longer would like there services. We just noticed a strange charge on our credit card, and found that SeekHD has been charging us $16.88 a month since December of 2022. Yet, they never sent us an invoice to indicate that this charge is occurring, and they never sent a single renewal notification over the past three years. Im not sure how this company got a hold of my credit card information, but I am sure that this company can see that I never once logged into or used their service. I want a refund of all the money this company took from me. By my calculations, the total amount owed to me by this company is $591.31

April 2025 I seen that Seek HD took $26.95 out of my checking account so I emailed them and told them to cancel my subscription, along with calling them to cancel my subscription. They said my subscription was cancelled so no more problems. May 2025 they took $26.95 out of my account again. I called them again and told them I needed that money out back into my account **** because they put me in the negative and that money was for another bill. Later that day they put the money back into my account BUT the next day they took the $26.95 back out of my checking account then blocked my phone number where I couldnt call in. I used my wifes phone to call the company once again since they blocked my number, and this time I was hot under the collar. The representative said he had seen my subscription has been cancelled so he doesnt see why the payment was taken out. He also couldnt explain why my phone number is blocked for calling into the company to talk to them when I have a problem. I told him Ill make a report on the BBB. I want my money put back in the bank and them NOT to touch my account ever again!!Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:Your response once again fails to address the central issue I have raised multiple times.
I have been charged 18 times between July 2, 2024, and March 19, 2025, totaling ****** CAD. I was unaware of these charges at the time, never used your service, and did not knowingly authorize these subscriptions. Only the most recent charge was refunded, while the remaining unauthorized charges remain unresolved.
I have contacted your customer support team multiple times via email, and each time I have received a generic, unhelpful response that avoids directly addressing my request for a full refund. Repeating the cancellation steps and confirming the account is closed does not excuse or explain the prior charges.
I am once again asking:
When will I receive a full refund of the unauthorized charges totalling ****** CAD?
If this is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with filing a chargeback through my bank.

Today this company started to attack my checking account and finally had success with the assault on it. Finally achieving their goal and started siphoning small amounts of currency. And the account at the time was locked by me. And they still gained access to it. And now I'm scared that it will at any given time will exhaust all my Mionie's again by committing the same act as before. I have no Shelter from this event besides I had locked it as aa blocked this for now. I was using an online banking system named cash app .
