    I did a reservation with this company Flight Network on January 14/2022 for a flight on date March 17/2022 from Bogota to Final destination Los Mochis (Mexico) with stop on Mexico city. Order # ******. Total: $234.99 USD On Mach 16 we did the check in process, where we were able to buy only one suitcase from the trip to Mexico City to Los Mochis (Mexico) (USD $45) On March 17th, the arrival process to the airport was accordingly as requested, check in was done 3 hours earlier where the suitcase was paid and received by the airline (USD $75 dollars) One hour before departure flight, the airline closed the gate because the tickets we ORVERSOLD and already filled the plane, leaving 15 people outside of the flight for me same reason. To the current day, almost one month after, we haven't been able to get reimburse at least for the money paid to the airline, no counting all the money I have to spend afterwards for this inconvenience. The airline/Flight network did nothing to help out that day, options to accommodate on a later flight or a future date was never offered. We spent 2 entire days over the phone trying to figure it out what to do since already have a 3 week vacations planned so I had to do a very expensive booking 2 days after for the same day The value of the booking was $234.99 USD Suitcase paid Mexico City to Los Mochis: USD $45 Suitcase paid Bogota to Los Mochis USD $75 dollars Total:354.99 psdt: I did filed a claimed on BBB on March 22nd, as it shows on the picture uploaded, but the case number was never found for the Agents I spoke over the phone from BBB. Case: ************************************. Hence I\'m starting a new one per their suggestions.
