I want to express my complete disgust and frustration over my last stay at the *** Beverly Hills this past weekend (8/25-2/27). While the location was convenient to where I needed to stay, the trash employees who seemed continuously desperate to pinch every ***** and attempt to scam every dime out of their customers to include false billing was something I had not experienced before.The final straw in dealing with this hotel was seeing parking charges for a third day in the amount of $70.00 being processed on my credit card without my permission overnight after I had checked out with a two-day stay under 48 hours. This charge needs to be removed from my credit card immediately otherwise I will file a fraud report with the credit company and a police report of against your employees for theft. Spoke to useless MOD ***** this morning who could not resolve the issue and indicated she had to check whatever it she needs to check. Another bad experience was at breakfast Sunday when me and my partner came down at 11:20am for breakfast. Your overzealous scamming employee made a comment that we were lucky to have made it as the included breakfast rate was about to expire. Either this employee was so dumb as not to know the time, as when I pointed out it was 11:20am and that **** was 40mins away I got an attitude and put in the seat right at the very entrance which was not conducive to a relaxing morning breakfast. At check it, I was welcomed by a rude heavy-set female who seemed very annoyed I was asking for upgrades and checking to see if balcony rooms were available. For the first time in 20 years of having booked with AAA, I was asked for the physical card (almost as if she was trying to punish me and exert her authority) given I was asking so many questions which should not have been an issue since there were no lines and it was nearly 9pm.
