    This business has a hotel policy that is being interpreted incorrectly by *****, the general manager and *****, a current employee. The current policy states that a guess must check out after 21 consecutive days. It does not address the guest being not allowed to visit another guest or spend the night in another guest room for the waiting period. On February 15th, ***** attempted to kick me off the hotel property even though I did not have a checked in room Only because I have a travel partner who needed a roommate and requested me as a 2nd guest. The room was checked in under a different person and he attempted to kick me out and ask me to check out of a room I never checked in. When I asked why I was not allowed on the property, he kept referring to a check out policy that did not apply to me. My co-worker and I are travel nurses. We are in town at different time intervals. *****, the employee shared incorrectly information with *****, stating that I was refusing to leave and check out, and ***** insisted that my presence on the property was not welcome for at least 24 hr and told me to leave immediately 3 times. I was threatened with a "do not rent" list by *****, called a scammer, and targeted for no reason. My medical service pet was initially omitted on my partner reservation due to a system error and my travel partner was asked being as if she had a pet, when she did not. Her 2nd guest did. A more appropriate question would be "Will there be any pets in the room?" Housekeeping was asked to enter a newly checked in room without permission to "look around" for a pet instead of clarfiying. It took over an hr to come to a temporary fix, but I was still asked to leave on February 18th after I had not been checked in to the hotel since February 15th. If the policy is meant to include not being allowed on the property for 24hrs, it currently does not state this. In compliance with the hotel policy, on check out is required. This is shameful appreciation of nurses.

    I stayed at this hotel. After I returned home I realized that I did not have my drivers license. I called and spoke the man that had checked me in for my stay. He said he had my license and would mail it to me in the regular mail. I expressed that I needed it right away via express or overnight mail and asked to speak with a Manager. He said she was too busy. Finally after calling about 6 times to try and catch the manager. He, said she agreed to send it that way. About a week later I still didn't get my license. I got an email from the hotel to do a review. I gave a bad review and explained what happened. Later received an email from the Manager. Explained the entire story and she put me on hold to check on it. She said they had no account with Federal Express and sent it regular mail. I checked out on 7/8/22 and as of today 6/30/22 still have not received my license. Today, I checked on the review I sent the hotel, it wasn't there. There was another review date 6/12/22 who also did not get their license back. Thinking this may be a scam
