    Bought on Knee Brace for $19.95.Was also charged for a five pack for $70.00.Tried to CHANGE THE ORDER. to remove the $70.00.Unable to change the Order.Tried to cancel the entire *************** OFF , SCAM.

    I was charged 3 times for one order. I cancelled in less than 12 hours but was refused. Not honest in the order process but I know nothing about the product.

    These folks ended up charging me over $100 for items I DID NOT ORDER, refused to cancel my order within 10 minutes of me realizing they'd railroaded me. The 70% off sale was a trap that would not let you out without you "upgrading" your order. The "customer service" is all bots. They eventually gave me my money back, but I had to involve my bank and the BBB. Never again!!

    Where do I start...I ordered a Knee Sleeve from Wellnee. They sent me something completely different from their site. I then noticed it shipped from *****. They never mentioned this.I tried to return without any assistance, plus they don't answer their phone. I finally had to go through ******. They wanted to offer me 1/3 of the amount. I said no, I wanted to return the item.They received it, but I haven't received my REFUND Yet.I then went to their site to review the Refund Policy again, and they charged me for 4 more sleeves in the amount of $48.75!!! I contacted them right away and got nowhere. It's driving me crazy!The next time they contacted see was for the SHIPPING! II TOLD THEM MANY TIMES, DO NOT SHIP THESE, I DIDN'T ORDER. They do not read their emails. Tried through ****** but they wouldn't respond.STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!! Regarding the Knee Sleeves or Patches I hate to even give them 1 Star

    Website generates its own order impossible to correct online, through phone calls, emails or support tickets. They sent multiple fraudulent charges through ******. Avoid at all cost.

    Placed an order for 1 pair of compressed socks instead Wellnee originated two orders for 4 pair each with a total of the two orders of $100.86 instead of one pair for under $20.00. I never confirmed either order. Wellnee originated and shipped both of their orders on 8/26/24. This is not a reputable company. They, of course took payment immediately. I want full refund for $100.86.

    Wellnee has been negligent in delivering and answering any inquires about the order. I have sent emails and made phone Calls. Order was placed 6/12 and I was told it was delivered 6/27. Today is 7/17 and I still have not received the patches or Any correspondence from them. I want a refund from them.
