    Wellnee sells knee supports.I ordered 1 knee pad and the sent me 5 and charged me over $90.00.I requested a return on the ones I didnt and the refuse to work with me. They offer a 30 day refund and they wont honor that.Originally they tried to say they couldnt find my ******** retired and on SSI and I cant afford to loose the money they took from me.

    I ordered 1 Wellnee knee brace but there website is tricky. If you accidentally hit another button while going to the next page while checking out it automatically charges your bank account. What they charged me for was several herbal knee patches and what they sent was 7 knee braces!Their customer service email and phone number are not responding after multiple attempts at resolving the issue.There was no packing slip or receipt ?? in the package.Ive since learned that many customers have had the same issues with ********************** and have filed complaints.

    I purchased one product from their web site yet the company processed 4 different orders.I attempted to contact the company the moment I received confirmation emails of the 4 orders, both through email and via the customer service line. Unfortunately, there is no live human on their customer service line.I can forward you an email exchange where i have asked about the process to return the products and be reimbursed for the 3 orders I did not place. The company has not engaged in this conversation, has not offered to take the merchandise back, ****** goals are simple: 1) return merchandise I never ordered or used, 2) receive a credit for said merchandise, and 3) let others know this is not a merchant that engages in good faith or values the customer experience.

    I never accepted the amount of the purchase. I never entered my cc information. They used my cc from a previous order. I did not choose to buy the product. I immediately within 5 min, sent them an email to cancel the order because my cc was charged.

    On 04/09 I placed an order with Wellnee for knee braces. I received the product 05/02 & it did not fit my knees & as per their advertising decided to return. I e-mailed & requested return instructions. Automated response "visit our website & fill the return form. That is a lie there is no such form. I spent hours on their website searching. I called their customer service phone number fifteen times & the same happens every time. After listening to different prompts on their voicemail service the message ends abruptly with "no one to take your call please go on-line & fill out a claim form" I e-mailed after each call (15 times) same response. I never got an order number (paid with ******) Order tracking # SYUS018758848. I wish to return the product and request a refund and an apology from this company for absolute zero customer service

    I ordered just the knee brace and I got all kind of charges after that they will not answer the phone for nothing there's no way to talk to anyone when you press the number to talk to customer service the phone hangs up they do not call back I called 2 numbers ************ and ************ they say hours is 10-4 but still no answer I didn't get a order number

    I read some other BB complaints on Wellnee and mine is the same - I ordered one set of 2 knee braces thru my ****** account *************************** and I checked like a minute after I ordered and they had charged me twice - they will not answer their phone even during normal business hours and they immediately sent an email saying they had shipped in a minute after ordering I do not think so - it took 3 more days after that for them to ship - they could of cancelled right when that I called if they would just answer the phone so they did arrive UNiUNI and i have filled out a form to return they have to send you a message for you to even Return after you fill out the form which I have waited 2 days - I have not even opened the package I just want a refund and they also have to give you a return address or you may not even get the refund who ever heard of not being able to return something - I just want to return and get my refund they are not an honest business and I do not want to do business with dishonest people- if they would just answer their phone this could be resolved very quickly - I want others to be aware of Wellnee so they do not get charged twice and you can't even return them - seems like they treat all customers this same way they are good at charging you for an item twice - please just stop them from scamming people nobody needs 2 of something and I just want my refund to my ****** account and they can have their product back Also, they say they may not even approve you to be able to send back the product who can refuse a return that is not even opened

    I ordered these footpads late last night and went to bed. This a.m. when I opened my phone I saw a charge of $51.36. The price I was given before checkout was $17. I am requesting a full refund of $51.36.

    I was scammed. I ordered 1 box of knee patches, and was billed for 5 boxes. I tried to cancel the order and they would not. I received the patches and they do not work. I have asked for a refund and they will not. I just want my money back for a faulty product.
