a formal complaint against Rapport Furniture for unresolved issues stemming from a purchase made on September 11, 2023. My wife and I visited the store and were assisted by *********************. Based on several assurances from ************, we invested nearly $11,000 in various furniture items, including a couch, media console, center console, side table, and two carpets.From the outset, we faced numerous challenges with the quality of the furniture and its delivery. However, the most pressing issue is the non-responsiveness of the staff and the incomplete fulfillment of our order. As of today, November 20, 2023, which marks 70 days since our purchase, we are still awaiting the delivery of one furniture item with no clear indication of a delivery date.This situation not only represents a breach of trust and poor customer service but also indicates a failure to honor the commitments made at the time of sale. Despite multiple attempts to contact the store and resolve these issues amicably, we have been met with a lack of responsiveness and accountability.Given the above, we seek the intervention of the Better Business Bureau to mediate and resolve this matter. We expect Rapport Furniture to fulfill their commitments by delivering the remaining furniture item promptly and addressing the issues with the previously delivered items. Additionally, we believe compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused by this prolonged and frustrating experience is warranted.
