            We corresponded and spoke extensively with this company to provide us chairs for a clients home. They were extremely responsive and accommodating pre-order. We paid a $3900 deposit and they gave us an estimated lead time of +/- 3 weeks, which we thought was aggressive but they were comfortable with it. When we did not receive ANY update at week 3, we anticipated 3 weeks for production and a maximum of a few weeks for transit from ********** to *****. Fast forward to week 8-9 without a status from the company. My team and I started contacting them. First via email- no response. Follow up emails- no response. Phone calls at various times of the business day- no answer. We left multiple voicemails- no response. Live chat- no response. DM on IG and FB- no response. Completely ghosted and this is suppose to be a legitimate company. We posted on their IG pages to try and save other clients this trouble. We put in a cardholder dispute with ****.
