    I was a member for 5 years. Over that period of time I watched their service progressively get worse. They advertise "live customizations" that result in first come first serve products. What they do not say is that you will never be able to load that customization screen to get your first picks. When I requested help for this issue I was told I was #*** in line and my wait would be awhile... so in other words I was not going to get my first choices. Save yourself the money the products are the same thing you can get elsewhere, the customer service is poor, and the choices have gotten worse.

    I was genuinely excited to try FabFitFun after my sister raved about her seasonal box (which came with six great items). I ordered the starter box and only received three items, which I understand is technically normal but the box arrived damaged and dirty, with what looked like stains (like, actually gross), making the whole experience feel used and unhygienic.When I contacted customer support, I got a vague apology and was told they could send me a random replacement item but I wasnt even told what it would be. There was no real acknowledgment of the condition the box arrived in. It felt like they just wanted me to go away.This was supposed to be a fun intro to the brand, but it honestly left a bad impression. I wouldnt recommend the starter box and honestly, the lack of real customer care has me rethinking the entire service.

    Ridiculous and basically useless products. The marketing is savvy because it shows useful items. However, the customization process is lacking and you will likely receive obscure items.Complete ripoff.

    Do not subscribe. I would never subscribe again. They use a cheap delivery service called OnTrac and they leave your packages at the wrong address. I cannot get a replacement and customer service was not understanding, apologetic or helpful. I was so excited to receive my Summer box and instead it was delivered to someone else and I get nothing but "here's some money back".

    I was able to resolve my issue via text at a time that worked best for me which is usually when most customer service lines are closed. The team member that helped me was detailed and quick to resolve the issue. This is my first time using FFF customer service and I was very pleased!
