I wish I wouldve read these complaints before I tried to purchased anything on Shout Factory. It seems everything that is being said is spot on with my experience. This is the first & last time buying anything via SH. The only reason I decided to by ******************** was because they decided to make their sets SH exclusives for the first few months( I usually only buy Sentai from Best Buy, ************ or Amazon. I truly regret buying from SH. First the tracking said my package was in my city, and then it left the state only to move to two other states before staying in limbo for two days until the tracking info finally said it would arrive on the first. Then I received a message saying my package had been delivered, however when I got home my package was nowhere to be found. I asked my neighbors and tenants if any packages for me had arrived and they said no. I have filed a lost package complaint with Route(luckily i paid for the insurance) and I have filed a missing package inquiry with ***** This has been a disturbing experience when it shouldve been so simple. Never again.
